I was listening to the song Already Over by Red, and I decided I wanted to do a deathfic/songfic to it, my first choice was MattxMello but then I changed my mind because I've already done a deathfic for them, so here it is hope you like it! ^_~

"Heero!" Duo screamed as pilot 01 pressed the self destruct button yet again. His mind went blank as all he saw was the burning remains of a Gundam. The job was finished. Duo wanted to scream that name a thousand times over but his throat closed up and he could bearly breath.

Heero was gone for real. Duo couldn't deal with that, so he didn't. He went on as if nothing had happened, he thought that Heero was still alive, just not with him at this moment.

After a week or so, it all came crashing down on him and Duo Maxwell fell.

The once talkative, annoying, friendly, and strong boy was reduced to crying into one of Heero's old shirts for almost 2 days.

Duo decided he had to do something to make this all better, unfortunately, the decision he chose would be a lasting one. Duo wanted nothing more that to be with his partner, in so many ways.

Heero's death was undoubtedly quick and painful, Duo wanted his to be the same. He thought of burning himself, like he should have died all those years ago. However, to Duo, it didn't seem appropriate that he should be able to kill two birds with one stone. No, Duo was going to die via his own athame.

Duo plunged the knife into his chest, feeling his life almost drip away. He saw a black tunnel, much like the one he saw when he pulled too many G's. Duo died still holding Heero's shirt close to his body.
