The Bet

The room was dark and empty when Jacob walked in.
"Edward!?" he asked his heart was beating quite hard since, he walked though that door.
He swallowed hard and tried again. "Edward?! Please say something. Look I'm sorry about what happened." He apologized.
"Come and sit with me Jacob," said Edward while patting at the space next to the bed he was sitting on. Looking straight at Jacob, with his sharp yellow eyes. Jacob walked closer to the bed and sit down next to Edward.
Edward stared at him intensely and run his cold hand on his warm cheek. Jacob tensed a little, he hold his breath and exhale slowly.
'Please, Edward' Jacob thought erratically and closed his eyes.
"Please what Jacob?" Edward asked gently still carelessly Jacob's cheek and moving his fingers to his lips, using his thumb to rub Jacob's bottom lip. Jacob parted his lip and signed softly.
He looked Edward in the eyes and said. "You're the one for me, Edward don't you ever doubt that."
"I know that Jacob, and I forgave you." Replied Edward and leaned close and press his cold lips to the warm ones of his lover.
Outside the door to Edward's room stood his sister Alice and Rosalie smirking to each other like loonies.
"I believe you owe me $500" said Rosalie to Alice.
"Damn it fine, but this isn't the end" replied Alice.
