I do not own the Artemis fowl series
I have always wondered what was the fairy religion after the last guardian where Oro said something about an earth goddess, which got me thinking what would be the fairy version of a demon, not the eight family nor humanity but something else, a force that can turn human souls into the most demonic of entities.
Third person POV
Artemis, Holly, Foaly, number one, Qweffor, Qwan, Butler, Mulch Diggums and Trouble Kelp are sitting in a large house which is within Havens finest housing district.
There are each sitting around a long wooden dining table that stretches the length of the room.
There is an empty chair at the head of the table along with three empty chairs, the decor of the room is victorian and a huge candle lite chandelier is hanging above the dining table which has a velvet collared table cloth, all very fancy.
An Elf wearing a black suit walks in " My master will come and dine with you shortly" he said doing a small bow before leaving the room.
"Well, this is most interesting," said Artemis.
"I Wander why this person has invited us all here at the same time I find that odd?" said Trouble.
"I sense a dark presence," said Qwan.
As soon as he said that out of the large wooden doors right behind the head of the table came a young man wearing a black suits and dress shirt that matched the tablecloth along with a blood-red suit, his eyes were crimson red, his skin pale as a ghost even paler then Artemis along with midnight black hair.
They each had their own reaction to this.
"Mudman," said Holly and Trouble along with Mulch.
While Foaly and Artemis remained silent.
Nuber one said, "Hello there".
Both Qwan and Qweffor were shocked beyond belief at what they saw and it was not because their host appeared to be human.
Finally, Qwan managed to stutter " Tenebrous you can not, it can't be you, your dead ."
Those words gained the attention of everyone in the room.
"Qwan who is this?" said Artemis beating everyone to the punch.
"This is or was a powerful human sorcerer named Tenebrous, he was once a being who believed in peace and that humans a fairy could live together in harmony now I can't relly say what has become of him".
"In that case let me fill in the details." said Tenebrous who as a light-hearted and yet somehow it was laced with anger and hatred.
Trouble quickly got up and went right for his gun when an invisible force pulled him right back into his chair.
"What the said Trouble as all the chairs slammed into the table not letting their occupants up and the doors in the room lock with a quiet click.
Evin Butler with all of his strength could not get himself out of this.
"You see I am not remotely human I am what you might call a Wraith," said Tenebrous.
Every fairy in the room along with Artemis who had read the fairy book knows what they are.
"But there just a myth," said Foaly.
"That was I was just thinking," said Trouble.
"ya aren't they just stories to make kids behave so this must be some kind of joke," said Mulch.
"It is not" yelled Qwan in anger.
"Wraiths are creatures of pure hatred and evil who only wish to wipe out of life and light from all of creation, They are born from evil human souls but what I do not understand is how you became a Wraith Tenebrous" said Qwan.
You were the only human liked by the fairy people of you were a symbol, living proof that humans could one day change and live in peace with the people, in fact you were the only human us demons got along with including N'zall" said Qweffor.
"And honestly I was considering living on Hybras just in case anything went wrong when well let just say wait for the rest of the guest then it will all become clear," said Tenebrous.
The Elf dressed in the suit came back in the room holding a tall rectangular object Tenebrous carefully to the object " you services will no longer be needed" he said and the head of the Elf twisted back words with a horrible crack.
Evry one in the room just stared in horror while the trained perfectional's tried to move and break free only to tire themselves out making no progress.
"Now Qweffor this may feel a little strange," said Tenebrous.
Tenebrous started quietly chatting in an unknown language that even the gift of tongues could not grasp.
All of the sudden a ball of dark smoke like mist that emerged from the object and went inside of Qweffor and by a second later the ball emerged and ended in one of the empty chairs leaving behind an Imp that looks a lot like number one except completely out cold.
The imp was still out cold while the body of N'zall awoke. "Ware am I," said none outher then Leon Abbot.
"Qweffor are you alright," said Nuber one.
"Be quiet runt" growled N'zall.
N'zall tried to get up in order to kill all of his enemies that happen to be sitting around him, but he could not move.
"Now N'zall you should not harm your demon brethren when there is a far greater evil in the room," said Tenebrous darkly.
"That voice it can't be" he looks over for the source of the voice only to find the person who was thought to be long dead.
"Tenebrous how are you alive?" he asked
"I have just been over this I am not living, I am a Wraith now no more questions we have two more guests arriving right now.
Tenebrous walks to the other side of the room away from the table and to large boxes raised from the ground.
"In these boxes are the bones of Queen Bellico and Oro Shaydova," said Tenebrous
"Now we Wraith hate all living things but an Archmage like myself does have the ability to bring the dead back to life when or if it becomes necessary."
Suddenly the bones floated out of the wooden boxes and flooded and assembled themselves in the two empty chairs before a dark mist covered them, everyone was stunned at what was happening.
Moments later the two berserkers now living flesh and blood like they did before their deaths in the war, they where even wearing their armor.
After the two berserkers awoke they saw Qwan.
"Qwan where are we said Bellico in a state of confusion.
"We have a problem," said Qwan pointing to the head of the table where Tenebrous sat.
"Now that we are all here we can start off with a light-hearted conversation like how did I die let us start with you Oro," said Tenebrous his voice filled with anger and hatred.
