I''ll huff and I'll puff your house down
Bakura's been banned from Ryou's house by his adoptive sister Mia, because she thinks he broke his heart. Bakura's sorry and wants to apologize.
Bakura banged on the door for a third time that day. The first time banging on the door was no reply. Ryou was at school and Mia at work. The second was when Marik was over with Ryou, Mia still at work.
This time Bakura knew Marik wasn't there. He had called his lover Melven and received no reply. Meaning the two blondes where loving one another. Just as he should have been doing to Ryou.
A tall busty blonde with purple eyes walked out the door. Her only clothing being shorts and a sports bra.
'Maybe she was working out' Bakura thought before seeing the love bit on her neck that was slowly turning purple.
"Creep! Why are you here?" Mia spat out at Bakura.
Bakura closed his eyes. His kindness depended on how much time he spent with Ryou, and at this moment it was close to none.
"To talk to him." Bakura said. He knew he forgot the one year anniversary, But he was trying to right his wrongs.
Mia's purple eyes sharpened. "Back off! You made him cry what more do you want?" She boomed the words silencing everything, ranging from the dripping bathroom sink on the right that Bakura had memorized to his own thoughts.
He had made his lover cry? He made the one he cared for cry? He had hurt him...
Mia slammed the door in his face and left. Bakura sank into the squeaky chair Ryou hated.
Ryou. This thought circled the name. Bakura looked at the covered window to Ryou's Bakura saw a slim shadow telling him it was Ryou.
Bakura looked at the bag in his hand. In it contained his gift for the boy. His favorite book.
A book if fairy tales and folk lore.
How Ryou love them.
Why? Why did Ryou love such a book? Bakura picked up the book and started reading.
He had a small amount of trouble. He always had Ryou read with him. He would read out loud and Ryou would fix small mistakes.
Bakura needed the feeling of Ryou. Even if it was a past memorie. So he read out loud. Flipping to a random page he started to read.
He voice loud enough for the figure in Ryou's window hear.
"Once upon a time... there lived three pigs. Each brother's. The brothers had just moved away from their family to have a home of their own. The first being lazy, built a house of straw. The second quick to finish the job, made one of sticks. The last being hard working made a house of bricks." Bakura stoped to catch a breath and noticed the shadow he had dubbed his lover gone from the window, but he kept reading.
"One day a wolf hungry smelt pig meat and followed his nose to a straw house. He knocked on the door. The pig opened the door and the wolf ate him quickly. Next he moved to a stick house. He knocked again and waited. The second brother pig ran when he saw the wolf outside his door to his smart brothers house. The wolf grew tired and followed his nose once more he went to a brick house and knocked. 'Let me in!' The wolf called. 'No.' Was the short reply. The wolf thought. 'Fine. I'll huff and I'll puff and blow your house down.' The wolf cried. 'No.' The pig said again. 'Then let me in.' Said the wolf." Bakura stopped reading abruptly when the door opened.
Bakura prepared himself for Mia to tell him to go. Instead he heard a sift voice.
"Not by the hairs of my chiny chin chin." Ryou whispered. Bakura eyes opened and he smiled.
Ryou turned and walked in the door. "Come in, wolf." And the hungry wolf did as he was told.
