Arashi: This is a mother day one-shot came to mind for Sess/Kag even though it been a good while since I last wrote a one-shot on them so there may be some ooc involve. Instead of them having a baby girl I thought of a baby boy with mix of both of his parents look.

Summary: Kagome hears her child cry as her husband is away making her heart aches knowing the baby miss his father. "Shush my baby I'm here," She murmurs to her child who stares at her with amber color orbs. "He'll be home soon. I promise, my child."
Hello Baby
Crying in the middle of the night a small babe with raven-blue hair wriggles in his crib waking his mother in the room across. Tears rolls down the child's cheeks hiccupping as his mama picks him up cooing at him softly hoping it would sooth him. Kagome could hear her child cry from her room as Sesshomaru is away but will be back soon. Her heart aches knowing her son misses him as she does.
"Shush my baby I'm here," She murmurs to her child who stares at her with wide amber color orbs. "He'll be home soon. I promise my child."
The baby stares up his mother with trusting eyes breaking Kagome's heart. Despite his tears he's willing to believe those words. How can she admit even to herself she didn't even tell Sesshomaru of their son's existence as of yet. God she wish the courage to say the words but the fear seems to always get at her first before she could say the truth.
"So this is my mysterious pup?" A cool yet silk voice whispers from the window scaring the woman as a small growl passes her lips ready to defend her baby with her life.
"Sesshomaru," She breaths out dropping her gaze to the child in her arms as she gulps a bit feeling those intense golden-amber eyes on her. "I wanted to tell you but by then I was on the other side of the well."
Sesshomaru hums gazing at his pup finding his heart warm at the sight of seeing the little one looks like the both of them. He gives a brief smile as the baby yawns snuggling closer to his mother for comfort and contentment. Without even realizing it he raises Kagome's head brushing his lips against hers.
He whispers pulling away, "I miss you Miko and I did want to say I love you."
"I love you to, Sesshomaru," Kagome breaths blushing a dark color. "His name is Tashio. I sort of name him after your-."
"My father," Sesshomaru finishes eyes widen in surprise seeing the woman nod making his heart soar. His heir is name after the man he still admires and now forgives. He kiss her again then said, "Happy Mother's day, Kagome."
Arashi: Not an original name but character though. I figure if Sesshomaru could have a pup he may want to name after his father. A cute little oneshot with some fluff and a family scene. Please read and review.
