Lucine and Appollonia Solo stood in the kitchen covered in white flour...as were the counters, floor and just about everything else. They had pulled a pair of chairs from the table over to the counter top, opened up the cabinet doors and helped themselves their mother's baking supplies as well as a bag of chocolate chips, a dozen eggs from the fridge, and a quart of milk.

They'd combined the mess in a large bowl and were helping each other stir the contents with a furious determination.

That was what their father Napoleon saw when he walked into the disaster that had been his kitchen.

"Daddy!" Poly shrieked. " You can't come in we're makin' you a sprize!''

"Well I'm sorry I spoiled it for you," he grinned," but I think you may need my help or at least Mommy's help. Where is Mommy?"

"She's laying down, she say she has a bid night ta-night." Luci smiled at her father.

"Really, a bid night sweet heart? I think you mean big. Yes Mommy and I are going out for Valentine's Day. Now let's see if we can get you better organized to make your surprise. Is it for Mommy too?

"Yes," they answered in unison.

"OK, then let' see what you've done here."

"Yay!" The two girls jumped up and down, clapping their hands and sending clouds of flour into the air, then suddenly leaping from the chairs into their father's arms. Napolen fell backwards, landing on his rear holding his twin daughters protectively.

They seized the moment, covering his face in floured kisses. "Happy Valeuntime Daddy, "squealed Poly. "Happy Balatime Day Daddy," Luci giggled."

Napoleon blew the the flour from his face with a puff of air, and in the process disloged that one little wisp of hair that managed to sneak out of place from his perfectly coiffed hair, dangling in the middle of his forehead.

"Happy Valentine's Day my baby girls," he laughed, delighted that a once lonely U.N.C.L.E. agent had all the love he would ever need because of his wife and twin girls. It was a life he dreamed of and thought he would never have, but fate had been kind to him. Valentine's Day had become a special day in the Solo household. and though there were times he was away on a mission with his partner, he always made special plans when home.

In the past, before he'd met Bella, Valentine's was a day that he eventually found himself forced to go in to seclusion. At headquarters there were too many pools and bets to see who'd get the big date with him on February 14th, and it became nearly uncontrollable...women fighting over him for who would win the coveted prize. He didn't really care for 'cat fights' or the fact that the date required a 'command' performance on his part. That took the fun out of it.

Opting to hide became the better choice, though the after Valentine dates were a breeze as the frenzy subsided...

.

Bella Solo walked into the kitchen, seeing the mess the three were in and shook her head with a laugh, and walking back out into the living room she called out, "Happy Valentines day lover boy, you're not getting any until you clean that up." She teased.

Solo huffed then smiled, she was his weakness and had him under her power. "What a woman," he smiled. That would be one command performance he wouldn't miss for the world.
