Over at More Than That, a fanfiction site for The Office, a challenge known as the 55 challenge is very popular. The rules are simple: the story has to be 55 words, no more or less. I figured I'd try it with Max and Fang.

55 Words on Valium and its After-effects

A/N: This directly follows the scene in MR3 when Max tells Fang it was the valium talking.

"I wish the valium was the truth…" I mumbled.

"Excuse me?"

Deep breath. "Max, don't you get it? I. Love. You. Okay?!"

I started walking away when she ran in front of me and jumped. Arms around my neck, one leg on either side of my waist, her lips slammed against mine.

"Okay," she whispered.
