Scar is the name they call me, and I am a Luxray. I'm currently living in a green field where Stantlers run around freely. Now why am I here? I have a story to tell you.

Sinnoh was where I first lived. Here, we Shinx play around, talked with each other and a lot more. I was considered leader of the group, as I took my father's position.

I was loved by most of my friends. We all got along pretty well. Our home was paradise, and our friendship was nearly unbreakable.

…Or, so I thought

One day, as we played about, a man approached us. He threw out a half red half white ball and a butterfly-like Pokemon with white wings and a purple body went out. Well, we know Beautifly, but not that thing.

Soon, he commanded that Pokemon to attack us. We thought we might overpower it, but it's too powerful for us.

"We have to escape!" One of the Shinx called out to me.

"Ok!" I agreed, "Lead the group out from this place while I try to distract him!"

"What about you?"

"Don't worry! I'll escape once all of you are safe!"

"Yes sir!"

I shot out a lot of my thunder jolts, yet that Pokemon managed to dodge all of them. It shot a gust on wind towards me which might hit me if I didn't dodge roll. I managed to give that thing some damage with a bite.

After some time, the group managed to make it out. I was about to make my escape when I felt my body was slowed. I looked at my paw and saw some spores scattered about me.

Stun Spores! I should've known that thing could use it! But I didn't even expect it, for I didn't even know what it was. The paralyzed effect was too strong for me that I could barely move.

As I struggled my way to the group, I felt my body was hit by something and I got sucked into it.

"I won't be commanded by the likes of you!" I yelled as I tried to get out from it.

"Leader!" I could hear the group crying out for me.

I struggled myself about the ball despite my worsen condition. But despite all my efforts, it was all useless. The barrier around me won't break at all. The paralyzed effect had drained me down to my limits.

For a moment I hear a clicking sound, and darkness surrounded me. I barely could hear a word on what's going on outside, for the barrier around me was somewhat soundproof.

I was caught…

But I didn't mind what just happened. I felt happy to know the group safe. As all leaders were, they tried to protect their group, and I was proud of my own work.

But I believed, destiny had chosen me to be in the ball. I'll just have to know what would happen after this...
