hey! It's been a while since I've posted something, and I actually posted this on my wattpad (Haiseneki) already so yeah no plagiarism here! And just saying, this is chapter is a bit rushed because I'm just bad at writing. I'm working on chapter two and will post it if this chapter is liked enough. And also a few statements, Kaneki and Touka are the only two genderbent here. Also, they may be a bit OOC because I thought that (this might sound a bit sexist) since their genders are swapped they act slightly different. For example Kaneki would be more cowardly and Touka more tough, but yeah, please enjoy, and tell me your thoughts!

"You wanna get stronger?" Touka huffed annoyed.

Kaneki stratched her chin. "Well of course I do! I-I mean I don't think I can kill anyone... But I want to at least help in some sort of way..." She smiled awkwardly at the dark haired male.

Touka took a step towards the female and Kaneki walked backwards away from the male. Her back touched the edge of the table and she leaned back onto it. Kaneki made a noise of uncomfortable from the back of her throat as Touka glared at her, he was studying her. Blushing, she whimpered and looked away from him.

"First we have to burn the sensation of taking out your kagune into your body until-" He leaned back a bit and Kaneki straightened up as Touka crossed his arms. "Until you're able to bring it out or put it back in at will." Touka placed a hand on his chin. "As for times when you can't release your kagune during close combat... Training your body is necessary." Touka looked at the dark haired female in the eye. "For now on you should do 100 sit ups, push ups, squats and dorsal muscle exercises everyday!"

"100 each?!" Kaneki thought in her head as her eyes widened. Touka advanced towards Kaneki again and grabbed the hem of her shirt. "T-Touka-kun?"

Touka pulled it up and Kaneki shrieked. "Hah?" He said in disappointment as he stared at her muscle-less body. "The hell? You plan to fight with this body? Add more muscle."

Kaneki tried to support herself on the table and she made a noise of discomfort and blushed heavily. "U-um Touka..." She whimpered uncomfortably.

Touka made eye contact with the blushing girl. "What."

She blushed more and stuttered. "O-oh, u-um, I-it's just that you're- I mean- I-"

"Oh my god would you shut up?" The said exasperated. "Your stuttering is so annoying."

Kaneki's eyes widened. "O-oh! W-well s-sorry, I-I didn't mean to annoy you I-I just-" Kaneki was cut off by Touka

Touka and pressed his lips against hers to prevent her from talking. Kaneki's face flushed, she was too ashamed to admit it, but she's never had her first kiss before. Confused, she moved her lips against his awkwardly. Kaneki tried to remember the kissing explanations from her books, as the books explained it, kissing felt good. And it did, she just didn't know how to mimic the kissing motions. Her eyes were squeezed shut and Touka continued kissing her.

Touka's tongue explored the insides of Kaneki's mouth. His face was warm and was tinted with blush, he's wanted to kiss Kaneki for so long. Touka cupped Kaneki's face gently and she flinched and backed away from the kiss.

Their lips parted and Kaneki apologized. "I-I'm sorry I was just stunned and-"

"Again with the babbling, just shut up with that. If you wanna kiss me again just do it."

"Um..." Kaneki gave him a small peck on the lips.

Touka rolled his eyes and grabbed her sides and pulled her in for a kiss. Kaneki responded almost immediately. She wrapped her arms around his neck and he placed his hands on her hips. The two continued passionately kissing each other. Touka thought Kaneki tasted like a sweeter kind of coffee, well, at least what he thought sweet was.

Kaneki's hands ruffled his dark hair, she thought it felt soft and light. She continued playing around with his hair and they parted for a second. They made eye contact and Kaneki pushed away the hair covering his right eye. Touka blushed and pushed it back in place.

"Don't mess with my hair you idiot..." He mumbled.

Kaneki gave him a small smile. "Fine, but your hair was fun to play with."

They kissed for a bit longer, and Touka felt a warm feeling in his stomach. Why was he feeling that way? Was it because he liked her? Or maybe was it because he didn't like her? If he wasn't sure, why was he kissing her? Kaneki on the other hand, thought that the warm feeling in her stomach was love. In books, they always stated that certain feelings you got meant you liked someone. She thought what she felt was love. But... What if the books were wrong...?

Eventually, Kaneki needed to breathe. She pulled away. Kaneki looked away from the taller man, she felt ashamed for some reason. She couldn't quite place her finger on why she felt guilty, she just did. But she also felt happy and joyful at the same time.

Touka, on the other hand, felt regret. She was older than him by a year and a few months. Well... Maybe that wasn't too big of an age gap, but still. Touka's mind kept trying to find bad reasons of liking Kaneki. He pulled himself away from her and they stood separately, trying to avoid each other's gaze.

Kaneki decided to finally break the silence. "T-Touka-kun?" She asked shakily.

He turned around slightly, then looked away. "W-what?"

"Um... Was this just a one time thing...?" Her voice trailed off.

"What?"

"Uh... Um... W-why did you kiss me?"

Touka scratched his head. "Um... Well..." He sighed. "Kaneki... Honestly, I don't know why I kissed you. I mean, I don't even know if I... Love you... I don't know, I just I had a feeling..."

"Oh..." Was all she could say. She wasn't sure whether she should be sad or happy, or angry. "So... This means nothing...?" Kaneki said sounding a bit disappointed.

Touka was silent. "Um... Yeah...?" He still wasn't sure how he felt.

Kaneki's head dropped. "Oh... Ok... Well um..." She slouched. "I'm just... Gonna go."

"Kaneki wait-" Touka tried to stop her and placed his hand on her shoulder

Kaneki tensed. "It's fine, really. If it means nothing to you, then I guess it's nothing." She shook him off and walked over to the door. She opened the door and began walking out. "But hey, we're still friends. Right?"
