Prologue
Ginny was on Hogwarts express looking for an empty carriage to sit alone because she hated being with the Golden Trio. All they ever do is ignore her and whisper things when she's around. Every time she asks about what they are talking about her OAF of a brother tells her she is too young. Ginny is only 13 months younger than him. He still treats her like she's four. Ginny use to battle the fact that all Harry Potter, the Boy-Who doesn't die thought of her just as Ron's baby sister and nothing more. But now when he finally takes notice of her, she's over him. Oh well stuff him! Ginny thought. Why should she go out of her way just for him, he had his chance.
Over the Summer Holidays Harry kept on giving her these weird looks. Ginny didn't appreciate it. At first she found it quite amusing but now they are just annoying her. But she pretended like she didn't notice.
Ginny finally found an empty carriage and sat down. Ginny thought over the past years in her First year she was the source to open the Chamber of Secrets as she thought of it she shuddered. Ever since her First year because of what happened to her, her family has been wrapping her up in cotton wool, it's suffocating. Ginny knew it was for her own good but she needs her own independence. She can't be wrapped up in cotton wool for ever well she hoped she couldn't.
Ginny turned her head and the trolley came in. Ginny, had a hard time deciding what to get. She had saved up all her Christmas money. So she had some galleons and her choice was between Chocolate Frogs and Sugar Quills. It was a hard decision she was just about to pick one when she heard a voice saying 'trying to steal sweets Weasley tut, tut, I'm shocked! Hmn… wait a minute it's not like your family is able to afford a few little Knuts Malfoy said sarcastically. Ginny looked at him as he sneered at her. Malfoy she thought she would recognize that voice from anywhere. 'Oh' Malfoy said 'Did I hit a soft spot?' he sneered at her. Ginny turned red from anger. Ginny stood up and slapped him 'Now you listen to me hard and listen to me good if I ever hear you insulting my family again I will Bat bogey you so fast you won't be able to say Weasley' and with that she stormed off to another carriage. Malfoy was left standing there in shock. Weasley just slapped him. Muggle Loving Weasley slapped him. He vowed to get revenge and revenge he would get.
Ginny was furious, Malfoy always had to come and ruin everything. She couldn't have one moment of peace. After all this excitement and trouble she didn't even get some chocolate frogs. So she saved up for nothing. Ginny sighed today so far has been terrible she definitely woke up on the wrong side of the bed literally and she got ignored by the Golden trio, but also she slapped Malfoy, even though he deserved it she still felt guilty. Ginny didn't think her day could get any worse how very wrong she was.
