Notes: Done for the 30 day drabble challenge. So I wrote this with At the Beginning by Donna Lewis and Richard Marx on repeat on iTunes. It really just struck me as a SasuSaku song and fic.

Sakura Haruno squinted at the offending stream of sunlight shining down her face. She closed her eyes, groaned and snuggled closer to the warm, muscular body beside her. She sighed happily as the arm underneath her neck brought her closer, circled her shoulder and blocked the sun's rays.
She slowly opened her eyes against the cool fabric of a shirt. She gazed at the way the man's chest moved as he breathed, his sharp jawline, and his God-favoured face. He was so much more beautiful when he was sleeping, his defences lowered with her.
She hummed and rubbed the slight bump on her stomach, happiness simply radiating off her goddess-like beauty. Who knew that after all the pain, all the anguish, and all the tears, they'd end up here? Engaged to none other than Sasuke Uchiha, and already expecting a baby.
Everyday is a new beginning, after all.
