"Crack Towels."

A/N: All I can say is….yes, Zanisha, it caught on. points finger at Annjirika She did it.

I can also say that this is what happens when a few girls decide to have an OT-crack-P orgy.

Riku had absolutely no idea why he was doing this. He was the oldest, the fastest, the smartest and of later years, certainly the tallest. He had the best hair, the best skin, the best nails and the coolest shoes. Surely this gave him some sort of right that protected him from such embarrassments. And yet, here he was, standing at the beach, and about to approach the hottest girl any Islander had and ever would see.

"There she is, Ri-ku." His best friend said in delight, pointing down the beach to where Lenne Braska was lying carefully on a large, white towel, exposing her beautiful, flawless and soft-looking dark skin to the sun's rays. Riku swallowed. Hard. The short brunet grinned and pinched his arm, pushing him forward. "Go on."

"I'm not doing this." He protested, digging his heels into the sand as Sora attempted to push him along. "Sora, why am I doing this?"

"You lost the race, ya?" Wakka, a tall, redhead with a hair-do that made many small-footed men jealous, grinned and informed him. "The first time you ever lost a race, see. It had to have some sort of crazy consequence, ya?"

Riku grimaced. He should have known better than to take up Tidus' racing challenge. He'd grown two whole feet since the days when he could whoop anyone to the Star Tree, and he'd found out too late that his long limbs made running much more difficult. Tidus was short and athletically built, and had beat Riku by so much that he couldn't possibly refuse the task that no man had ever dared to try before.

Sighing, doomed in his fate, Riku stepped out from the shade provided by the Paopu trees lining the edge of the beach. Sora whistled to him and tossed him the obligatory water bottle, and then he was off, walking quickly across the hot sand towards the sun basking babe of every guy's dream.

"Uheck--." Riku cleared his throat and tried again. "E-excuse me?"

Lenne shifted and opened her eyes, lifting a hand to shield them from the sun so she could see him properly. Riku swallowed again. She was wearing a dark blue bikini that barely hid a thing, and thong-like straps poked up from her tiny purple shorts. She sat up on her elbows. "Yes?"

"D-do you, uh…" He played with his hands. "Do you…"

It was at that moment that Sora threw a Frisbee in their direction, and Sora had such impeccable aim that it nearly hit Riku in the side of the head, it's mark. Riku mock gasped and stumbled forward. Water sloshed up from the bottle and Lenne squealed as it was dumped all over her.

"Shit!" Riku exclaimed, bending down beside her. He took a moment to collect himself. His knees were touching Lenne Braska's towel. "Hey, I'm so sorry!"

"N-no." Lenne sat up fully and wiped her sopping bangs from her face. "No, its fine!" She smiled at him. "Now I have an excuse to go swimming."

Riku stared. Never once had any of them seen Lenne Braska go swimming.

"I'm Lenne." She said as she stood. She offered him her hand, to which he just stared. "You wanna come?"

Why, yes. Yes I do.

"Riku." He replied with an easy grin, taking her hand. It only occurred to him then that Lenne Braska was indeed just a girl. And Riku, if he did say so himself, was good with girls. "Yeah. I'll race you!"

Wakka and Tidus could only stare in shock as Lenne and Riku took off together for the ocean, as Lenne shrieked and giggled when Riku splashed her, as Lenne pounced on his back and dumped him underwater.

Sora just grinned, popped open another water bottle, took a swig, and spread himself out over the sand.
