Shhh... Come over here. You see that boy over there? Do you recognize him? You do, don't you? Yes, you're right. That's Chad. Oh- I meant, that's Chad. Dylan. Cooper. Star of Mackenzie falls.

You see what's he doing? Well, let me tell you. He's always doing that. Just about every 10 minutes, he takes out his mirror, checks his reflection, and fixes his hair, and practices that smile.

Now, let me tell you a secret. But you have to promise to keep it. It's the story of why Chad Dylan Cooper is so fastidious towards his appearance. You see, it all started when...

A 13-year-old Chad Dylan Cooper smiled smugly. Today was to be his first ever photoshoot for a magazine cover. He was excited. Of course he was, after all, a thirteen year old actor. Sure, he had minor roles in movies and TV shows, but he had never been on the cover of a magazine, not to mention the fact that it was Tween Weekly Magazine!

A month later, he looked at the magazine cover. He looked, in his opinion, amazing. But Sharona thought otherwise.

"Teen star should be an unseen star. Chad Cooper, or should I say Chester Woodsworth, his real name, should stop trying to model and stick to acting(badly)," she blogged.

"Child star desperately needs a tan. Chester is as pale as can be, and does not look good. And his hair, don't get me started on his hair! It looks like he walked to a barber who 'styles' hair for prisoners in jail! And his eye, don't get me started on his eye! One of them are as dull as wood. The other sparkles maniacally. Make up your mind!"

As Chad read more and more into the blog post, the more infuriated he became. He became rather insecure about his appearance, especially his hair, and his name as well.

"No one, and I mean no one, insult Chester Darren Woo- er, Chad Cooper. Chad... Dylan! Cooper!"

Since that day, Chester Darren Woodsworth, or Chad Dylan Cooper, as you know him has been amazingly careful about how he looked. He's never missed an opportunity to remind people of his full name. He goes to the barber every other week to get his hair fixed, and sits out there with the other cast members of Mackenzie Falls tanning every chance he gets.

But ever since a certain girl arrived at Condor Studios, he's been more selfconscious about his appearance than ever. Though he'd never admit it, he's been putting in extra effort to make sure his hair is perfect, his eyes sparkly, and his skin... not pale.
