"In the beginning it was all about the music and the shock value and the image they needed to sell it. In the end…..all that was left, was the image."

The Legend of Duo Maxwell: Maker of the Music Scene
"Hard to forget, the love, the hate, all the regret. Kind of makes you happy we aren't that young anymore. Though sometimes I really miss it. The heartache could sometimes just be so bittersweet.
We were young and stupid, like most people our age. The only difference was...we'd been on the top of the world. To fall from such a height, it was very devastating to the both of us." He takes a moment to scratch his head and take a drag from his cigarette.
Q: "What about your wife, how'd she take it all?"
"Oh probably the worst," he looks to his left then continues, "She lived for it all, the scene the people, me...but sometimes people just get under your skin and Heero, he got under mine good."
Q: "So what went wrong to make the Maxwell Never Lies Tour go down in flames the way it did?"
"Everything actually," he takes another drag from his cigarette, "see, Heero just never came back after his solo peak and his pride never did like riding on my coattails."
Q: "So, were all the rumors true? You and Heero really did have a relationship?"
"Oh yes, quite passionate one to be honest. All my glitter did his rock little just, but we definitely clicked in bed," he smiled mischievously.
Q: "Was that the only saving point in your relationship? Sex?"
"Heavens no, he was closer to me then my ex-wife could have ever been. Heero Yuy was nothing like the person he put out there for you to see."
Q: "Funny you should say that."
"How so?" Duo puts out his cigarette, his silent ex-wife sitting next to him doing the same.
"Well, not too long ago Heero told a magazine and I quote, "That flashy honest man Duo Maxwell flaunted to the world, never existed. A mere fabrication for those who adored him." end quote."
Duo laughs, "I'm sure he did."
