"You're not good for me Bella" Edward stated. "Not good enough" I answered. He kissed my forehead and then he was gone.
But the ache I was beginning to feel at his words disappeared as fast as it had come. How dare he?! I looked into the canopy as rain began to sprinkle down and I shouted to the skies as loud as I could. "I HATE YOU!" I screamed towards where he had run. Exactly, where he had run! How dare he bring me into this life and get my hopes up just to crush them. "Stupid vampires!" I said as I began stomping through the brush back towards my house. Angry and uncoordinated as I was I slid on the stupid mud causing myself to fall right on my butt soaking my jeans. "Stupid damn mud, stupid vampires Stupid STUPID!" I sat their cursing all vampires' names.
I heard people yelling in the distance coming from my house. It was pouring out and I was soaked. Oh well I just didn't care. I was pissed. As the lighting struck a tree near by a thought struck my mind. Edward loved who I was and how I looked. Well maybe it was time to live for me; it's time for a change. I began to stand up as a light shown through the trees at me and footsteps pounded the ground. It was Charlie and Jacob and a couple towns' people I had seen before but didn't know the name of. "Bella!" my dad yelled grabbing my arm helping me up. "Go get a towel!" he yelled at a deputy who was headed towards us. "I'm fine" I said stiffly pulling my arm from Charlie's protective grasp and stomping towards my house. I shrugged off many questions and stares from the dozens of people my over protective father had around our house. I ran into the house shutting the door and the annoying people out. "Bella" an old voice said in relief. I opened my eyes ready to snap at whoever was bugging me now when I just wanted left alone. "Hey Billy" I said politely. "Bella are you ok your father said you had taken a walk with Ed…" I cut him off before he could finish HIS name. I never wanted to hear that name again. "I'm fine Billy I just needed some time to think" I half hugged him trying not to get him wet and I whispered in his ear. "You were right about them" with that I took my leave as Billy stared shocked at me. I went upstairs not bothering with my wet clothes. I passed out.
