AN: Wasup, my friends? Sorry I haven't updated my stories in awhile, but not to worry, I will never leave them hanging. School just sucks right now. The kids older than me say I haven't even gotten to the hard part of it! What?! How is that humanly possible?! I procrastinate, so I'm still doing homework at 8:30 pm. In fact, writing this is me procrastinating. Whatevs. Anyway, the idea for this came to me once I noticed how in Grojband they never show parents even though all the kids hang out in their garage. I wonder where the parents are?! Who let's there kids just run around randomly like this?! Anyway, let's do it! Mina, will you do the honors?

Mina: Sure, Skullenko does not own Grojband. If she did, she'd probably change not that much.

Skullenko: Yeah, I wouldn't even let Corey and Laney be together. If they're together for real, where's the fun in writing so many fics about them?

Gloom. Doom. A tomb. All part of the funeral. Lightning boomed overhead. Rain poured from the sky and drenched the mourners below. Silence settled upon the old graveyard like a thick blanket. The thunder and downpour was just white noise in the back of Corey Riffin's head. Dressed in black, he stood, not moving a muscle. His normal orange beanie was missing, not that he noticed. He didn't notice much anymore. He was numb, numb all over.

The rain disguised the river of tears cascading down his face, he did nothing to try and stay dry. He did nothing at all. He didn't move, talk or make any sounds other than the occasional sob escaping from his throat. Corey Riffin was broken.

Lightning flashed nearby, illuminating the two headstones in front of him.

The fresh dirt in front of the graves was littered with flowers. A single red rose from everyone in Peaceville. 2 bunches of white ones from the two, now orphaned Riffin children.

The ceremony came to an early end and Corey accepted many blessings, and sorry's from the attenders. Hours after everyone left, Corey and Trina still stood, staring at the headstones. Their hair plastered to their foreheads and their clothes dripping buckets. With everyone gone Corey cried. Long heart stopping cries of pain and misery, echoed through the graveyard as he attempted to calm himself.

All of a sudden he felt a cold arm slung around his shoulders and the rain stop hitting him. He looked up to see Trina Riffin holding an umbrella and crying right alongside eachother. Misery hung heavy in their voices, souls and minds as they finally proceeded to leave the graveyard. They knew they couldn't go home, for there were too many memories there so they walked with a newfound purpose, to get away from it all.

After a while of aimless wandering, Trina went to Mina's and Corey found himself in front of Laney's door, pressing the buzzer.

A startled Laney answered and pulled Corey inside. Before she could say anything she looked in his eyes and saw the answers to her unasked questions. She just held him. Together they cried into the night, comforting eachother without words.

To the attentive onlooker, their cries seemed just a tad less miserable.

AN: Do you like it?! I felt like writing something sad. I can be serious if I want to! GOD! Hope you liked it, those were not the parents real names, btw. Leave me a comment! This is what I think happened to the parents.

Corey: R-r-REVIEW!
