Disclamer:This idea came to me after listing to Nickelbacks "I'd come for you" I am completely in love with

it!

I'd come for you

"Colonel bastard where are you!" Roy Mustang, the Flame Alchemist heard from down the hall.

He slowly lifted his head off his paper work to see an angry Blond storm in and an worrying suit of armor behind him.

"Ah, Fullmetal, to what do I owe the pleasure" he said with a smirk.

"You know damn well what!" He said throwing papers down. As Mustang glanced at them he saw that they were papers issuing a cut in Edwards budgets.

"Your spending has gotten out of control, Fullmetal" Roy said cutting to the chase.

"What do you mean! I cut off my spending bastard, your just doing this for fun aren't you!" Edward yelled.

"Edward," Mustang said in a scolding tone to catch the young boys attention " in the past month we have had to repair four buildings, had to pay more then I can count for hospital expenses and more!"

The teen flinched when the colonel started to yell the last part, though he still held his ground. " I don't need this, I just need to get brothers body back but you don't give a damn do you!"

"Brother, we have been reckless maybe the colonel is right." The rather quiet Alphonse piped in.

"Al!" Ed said glaring at his brother as if telepathically saying 'shut up I'm proving a point'

"Well I think your broth-" but Roy was cut of by a rather worried Hawkeye run in the room.

"Sir, we have a problem!" Mustang then motioned her to explain "We have found what believes to be Scars partner out towards the west the troops there have just requested back up saying many have been already injured or worse."

Mustang then nodded and grabbed his gloves an looked at the two Elric brothers. "Stay her"

Edward then looked at him angrily, "the soldiers need help, you can't tell me what I can or can't do!"

"I can and you will listen or so help me I'll court martial you!" He said before he left with the Leuitenit (1).

An century had passed it seemed before he looked up to Alphonse said "I'm going,"

"But brother!" Alphonse started pleading.

"No Al I'm going and no one can stop me, either get on board or get out of the way."

Alphonse looked like he was thinking about it an then sighed, " alright brother"

The elder Elric then smiled and said, great!" As they headed out the door the oldest never would have expected what would soon happen.
