The moment was here at last. She was facing the abyss she had been craving, wanting, needing. Now, it was at the tip of her pale fingers.
The dark shadows called to her, cheered her onward.
She knew what needed to be done. Her life had been a complete orb of nothingness and now, finally she would be able to end this existence.
She would end it all to save him. He needed just a part of her. Her lasting life, her true purpose. Her ka.
Her ka would save him, protect him from the shadows that were engulfing her.
The abyss began to circle her body. Every inch was being consumed, destroyed. She closed her blue eyes and concentrated.
There wasn't much time. She had to release the light within or it would be lost as well. Forever.
And there he stood, astray of the shadows with the light of her ka shinning above him.
She gave a weak smile as the darkness took her over.
"I will protect you, Seto…I will…" She whispered.
Then she was gone.
Seto bewildered and heartbroken looked up into the Egyptian sky. All that was left-the White Dragon…
"Kisara…" He muttered as the tears flowed down his skin. "Kisara…"
