The boy lied down on his smooth, wine red bed. He could feel the presence of another being but when he looked in the direction of the mysterious presence he saw nothing. He picked up a mirror from the nightstand next to his bed. Once looked into he nearly screamed dropping the mirror. He swallowed hard debating whether he should pick it up or not.
He nodded as if telling himself yes and bent over to retrieve the mirror. He looked into in once again. There he was as some sort of monster. "You look beautiful Soyde-kun." A familiar voice whispered. Soyde shivered as he felt the chill of the ghost next to him.
The invisible form became visible. Floating before the boy was a boy around his age. His hair was a golden blonde but his eyes were what really caught his attention. They were a hollow purple that seemed to plead for something or someone. His skin was strongly pale.
Soyde could feel the blush form on his visage as he gazed over the ghost. "It's about time you show yourself! What do you want from me?" the ghost looked somewhat amused. "It's not what I want from you; it's what I want with you."
He disappeared from Soyde's front view appearing behind pressed against Soyde's back. Soyde's whole form stiffened. An almost transparent hand went to his chin tilting it up. "Remember my last visit?" "Yes you… you almost killed me." He spat in a hushed tone. The ghost smirked. "On contraire I didn't kill you nor did I intend to Soyde-kun. I only wanted to test your pain limits." Soyde jerked from the ghosts grip.
"Stop touching me. I don't even know who you are or why you're here."
"Please forgive my rudeness Soyde-kun. My name is Ryoku."
Soyde continued to look at him with a half hearted glare. "I don't want to be any part of-" he stopped for a moment thinking of what to say. "Whatever this is." He finished.
"You keep torturing me and making my life more miserable than it already is. I don't want to see you ever again, just leave me alone." Ryoku's smirk widened. Torture you say? What a though. I'll think on that Soyde kun. Until then wait on our next meeting. I'll have to say it'll be sooner than you think." The floating boy pulled Soyde to him and pressed his cold lips to Soyde's.
He felt as if he were alive again kissing those warm plump lips. He smirked into the kiss sensing the widened eyes of the one he was kissing.
He pulled away. "Until next time Soyde-kun." Ryoku disappeared. It was as if he were never there. It became eerily silent. Soyde stood with fresh tears in his eyes. His fists clenched and unclenched, only to clench again. His entire face was red.
"He took my first kiss. I'm not even into guys. I wanted to kiss Maki-chan." He wiped his face. He brung a shaking hand to his lips.
He could taste Ryoku on his lips but Ryoku wasn't alive. Then with a small sniffle he woke up. He looked around. "It was only a dream…again." He swung his legs over the side of the bed without care. "I don't get it. He's intruded my dreams but they seem so real. Maybe all our encounters can only happen in my dreams.
Soyde smiled blushing. "So I still have a chance to kiss Maki-chan."
He shivered as he felt a cold chill. "It's drafty in here." Soyde looked to the window. It was closed but there was a cold chill in the air. He grabbed his blanket off of his bed and turned on the light.
He was about to exit his room but the door closed. "There must be some wind in here." He said nervously thinking of another possibility. "Unless…no it's impossible." He reached for the door knob and tried to turn it but it was locked. He knew there was no lock on the other side. It was the work of something else.
He banged on the door. "Mamma-sama are you there?" he called. There was no reply. "That's not going to help you." Soyde froze in that one spot immediately remembering the owner of that voice. Those cold chills and those soft touches all came flooding back.
He turned around meeting the gaze of hardened purple eyes. "Ryoku you're not supposed to be here. You only exist in my dreams." He said in disbelief.
"Why would I? I'm as real as you are. Your dreams are where I like to confront you but now here I am. Would you like me to tell you why your dreams seem so real?" His creepy smirk returned.
Soyde shook his head having a feeling it was something he didn't want to hear. "Are you sure?" Soyde didn't reply. "Being shy are we? Let me help." Ryoku disappeared and appeared next to the boy. He leaned next to his ear still smirking. "It's because they are real. I am able to make your dreams into a reality all I need to do is appear in front of you." Ryoku knew he was shocked just by his expression.
"It's strange isn't it? I can bend your dreams into an alternate reality. I can do anything I want and all I have to do is appear right before your eyes. It's so easy to bend reality when it's so unreal."
Soyde shook with rage. His first kiss was stolen. "You took something important away from me! You stole my first kiss. How am I supposed to kiss Maki now? I promised her that we'd be each others first kiss." He yelled but it sounded more like a whine.
Ryoku frowned at the mentioning of the girl. She was as sweet as a peach but she liked Soyde and he couldn't allow her to take him. "Why must you ruin our time together by mentioning her?"
"What time together? I'm not spending time with you! I don't want to be near you but no matter how hard I try instead of repelling you I attract you."
Ryoku floated closer to Soyde. "Why would you want to repel me? Do you not remember our deal?" He didn't understand what he was talking about. Soyde was fully hooked now. "What deal, what're you talking about?" "It was after our special time together. It didn't occur in a dream I can assure you. Would you like to relive the memory so you can remember?" Ryoku asked with a unsettling smile.
"I'm not sure this is one of my better judgments in decisions but I'll have to say yes." Ryoku chuckled to himself giving Soyde the creeps. With a snap of his fingers they were in the memory but something was wrong.
He looked for Ryoku wondering where the insane ghost had gone off too. "Where did he go?" he asked aloud his voice echoing off the walls. Something was definitely wrong. Soyde looked down at himself.
He was wearing a t-shirt and a pair of sweats it also occurred to him that he wore these last week on the third day of his arrival to his new home. He received a kiss on the cheek from Maki that same day. He ranted about it all night and then he could remember nothing.
"He took me into the memory. I knew he'd do some thing like this! Ryoku take me out of this! I wanted to see the memory not be in it!"
The one called Ryoku appeared over his bed glaring at him. "Why do you continuously talk about that wench?!" Soyde frowned at hearing his crush called out of name. Now he was playing out the memory just like it had happened before. "She is not a wench you asshole! Why do you keep talking badly about her? She's much sweeter than you! This is why I actually like her-!" His sentence was cut off abruptly by a clenching hand around his neck.
"How dare you talk to me that way? I will show you who you should yearn for. Until you see I will continuously make you mine." Ryoku threw him to the bed forcefully.
Soyde landed with a 'Mph.' Ryoku's slightly transparent form became solid. He landed on the bed hovering over Soyde. Soyde on the other hand was filled with fear of what he might do. He had an idea but was too scared to do anything.
"You're beautiful Soyde. My little monster." He put a hand on Soyde's chocolate brown hair. His hair felt like silk but it was firm. His face was so smooth. His eyes were a beautiful amber color. He was slender and had curves like a woman.
This was what Ryoku wanted, this beautiful boy to be his. He would stop at nothing to make him his.
"Soyde-kun I love you." His voice was smooth and it had a hint of something with great meaning…something he couldn't put his finger on. Soyde shook off the thought and pushed him off. "Get away from me! I don't like you! I'll never like you!" Ryoku closed his eyes with a small smile.
"I know you Soyde. You're so predictable. Every word you say and everything you do. It's a wonder why I haven't seen you with anything but lust. I want to care for you and love you but how can I when you don't love me or want to see me? I guess for your own good I won't let you see what truly happened. I don't want to hurt you more than I already have. I'll return you to the present and disappear from your sight but if you need me." *Snap* "I'll always be here."
A bright white light was all Soyde could see and then he was back in his room. The door was open and it was no longer cold. "Yes that creep is finally gone!" Soyde smiled cheekily exiting his room to be greeted by the sweet smell of raisin toast.
He ran down the stairs the old stairs creaked beneath his feet. He ran into the kitchen and as he expected there was his mother. She had a lovely smile on her face as she placed the plates on the table.
She had the hair of a goddess to Soyde.
Her hair was silver and her eyes were red. She was wearing an apron. Underneath the apron was a thin black solid colored mini night gown. She seemed like what humans would picture a demon but her personality was too kind, at least when Soyde and his sister were following the rules.
She turned to him smiling a sweet smile. "Good morning Soyde-kun. Did you sleep well?" she asked in a calmly collected voice. He nodded. "I'm glad you're up Oka-san!" Soyde gave her a hug loving the feel of her perfectly soft skin.
She patted his head. "Go wake your sister up Soyde-kun, tell her it's time to eat breakfast and if she doesn't wake up she's going to be in a world of hurt." Soyde smiled awkwardly wondering how she could say things like that while maintaining that smile it seemed quite scary. "Yes Oka-san."
He ran up the steps and took a left at the stair rail. He followed it until it stopped at the wall. He continued forward until he reached his sisters door. He slowly opened it. He knew to be cautious while she was sleeping. She'd turn into a mad killer if he wasn't careful.
He walked over to her bedside as quietly as he could remembering every squeaky floor board so he wouldn't step on it. She turned over causing him to flinch. He looked at her through squinted eyes. He was about to sigh but realizing she was a light sleeper it wasn't the best idea.
Finally he had reached her bedside. Soyde swallowed hard as he built up the courage to speak. "Hanako-chan it's time for breakfast, wake up or mom's going to kill you." Said girl slowly opened her golden orbs.
Her silver hair falling in her face as she rose. Soyde admired her beauty; she was a lot like their mother in many ways except she had the same colored eyes as him. Even when her hair was supposedly a complete mess she still looked like an angel.
It was embarrassing to admit but both Hanako and his mother were more beautiful to him than Maki-chan. Except he knew Hanako very well. She treated him very kindly almost like a mother would, or like their mother would. If they weren't related he probably would've been all over her.
He shook the weird thoughts out of his mind. She gave him a small sleepy smile. "Could you hand me my brush please?" Soyde nearly melted not only was she just like their mother but her voice was like hers only higher. Their feathery sweet tones were to die for he knew he was lucky to have such family members.
"Of course Hanako." He grabbed her golden brush off of her small table in the corner of her room and returned to her. She stood and he marveled in her gracefulness and majesty. He watched her brush her long locks of silver hair. She combed her hand through her hair and then flicked it away. It shined in the suns rays of light that spilled into her room through her window.
"So beautiful." He whispered. She looked to him with a blank expression. "What?" she asked. He wasn't surprised that she nearly heard him. Hanako and their mother had weird super human abilities that he hadn't gotten himself. He questioned why but they always said he'd get them when he was older.
"Nothing." she shrugged and continued brushing her hair. She was a bit taller than him. She was older but she was still pretty tall anyway. Soyde was seventeen and she was nineteen but two years apart wasn't much to him.
She had very long slender and smooth legs like some sort of angel. That's what he called her because of her appearance and personality.
