Disclaimer: I do not own Harry Potter and have no intentions of earning anything yada yada.
Harry didn't mind when people said he had become a healer for Draco, when they assumed his dream was to be an auror, when they thought Draco changed had, but for the better,Harry realized he was tired of fighting.
Harry didn't mind when Ron told him "love has made you sappy, mate" or "You're the girl in that relationship" because he has already proven his manliness to the world by killing Voldemort.
He deifinitly didn't mind when Draco bought him clothes,or shoes,or jewelry, not even when he got him that weird emerald encrusted cork-screw...Harry didn't even drink, but Draco said it looked expensive and that he just wanted to buy it for Harry. No one has ever bought Harry things before, especially not with no special occasion and Draco made him realise that yes, he deserved things, was worthy of everything the world had to offer.
Harry didn't mind when Draco cooked for him, he spent his childhood cooking for the Dursley's and it was nice being served for once, Draco certainly knew his way around the kitchen (A Malfoy should be superior in everything, he said) and the way he said dishes' names (especially the frech foods) was sexy.
Harry didn't mind when Draco called him " baby" ,Harry's never had a childhood and the pet-name, though embarassing, was oddly comforting.
Harry didn't mind when Draco glared hatefully at any male or female looking at made him feel safe, and wanted, and beautiful.
Harry didn't mind that when they walked together in Diagon Alley, Draco would hold him close, it didn't make him feel like a damsel in distress, and even if it did whats wrong with needing a hero once in a while? He played the hero part long enough, he wanted to be saved.
And more than anything Harry didn't mind when Draco picked him up, carried him to bed and made love to him, sweetly, tenderly, passionatly, like he was made of glass. No, he didn't mind. In fact, he loved it, and he loved Draco, and Draco loved him, and loved making him feel cherished, and didn't mind appearing "whipped" or "crazy for Potter" as some of his friends said, because it was true.
Neither minded because they both got what they needed, Harry got to have a hero and Draco got to be one.
This is the first thing I ever posted please R&R.
