I do not own Angel, but I do own the character of Dawn Rose. She is of my creation and mine alone, with help from Angelus, of course. This is a one-shot.

Angel was sitting in the hotel as Cordelia, Gunn, and Wesley were working on the computers. She walked in and Angel was astounded. It had been one hundred and twelve years since he had last seen her and she still looked as beautiful as she always had. She was dressed in a red corset and a pair of black jeans. She had red lipstick and black eye shadow that was complemented by her black boots.

"I am looking for Angelus." She said, in a sweet seventeen-forever voice.

"Hi, Dawn Rose." Angel said stepping from his office. "How can I help you?"

"I need to know where I can get really cheap pigs' blood." She answered.

"Why?" Angel asked.

"I need it as a substitute for someone I know." She said nonchalantly.

"What about you?"

"I don't really drink much blood anymore. I became depressed after you got a soul." I don't know what I should do with myself anymore." Dawn Rose sighed and it was still beautiful.

"If I could bring him back…" Her eyes perked up. "I thought as much. I'm here to stay. I can't go back to that."

"You are the soul. You are not him. Even if you were, it would still cause me melancholy." Dawn Rose looked at him.

"Are you sure?"

"Very sure. Besides, I wanted to apply for a job with you."

"What kind of job?" Angel asked, surprised.

"A job that would put me close to what I once knew." She answered back.

"I have an opening for an extra teammate to make with the carnage." Angel said, using one of Buffy's old sayings.

"Okay, I'll take it. These boots are awesome at killing demons." She stated proudly.

"Okay, do you need a place to stay?" Angel inquired as the team poked their heads in.

"What I need is that and a new wardrobe. The nest kicked me and all my clothes are with the new lead bitch." She spat.

"Well, here's a credit card. I will let you borrow it and I will pay for the clothes. In exchange, you work for me." Angel said.

"Done. By the way, you smell good." Dawn Rose said as she stood up.

"Thanks. Your rooms next to mine on the second floor."

"Yay!" She said as she made her way to it.

"Angel, is that a good idea?" Cordelia asked.

"It is. Means we can watch her." Gunn said.

"Stake her if she does something wrong." Wesley agreed.

That night, Dawn Rose was in her room and heard a noise. In the room, was another figure. Upon looking at it, she realized it was Angelus.

"What are you doing here?" She asked.

"Soothing you, Dawn Rose." Angelus cooed.

"Please, Angelus."

"Shh…" Angelus said. "I know."

The next day, she looked all over for Angelus, but didn't find him. She found Angel in his office.

"Angelus was here." The others rushed in. Cordelia, Gunn, and Wesley looked at her.

"I know he was. I let him out." Angel stated.

"What?" The four asked in shock.

"You were so sad." Angel said. "I'm supposed to help people."

"I'm a vampire." Dawn Rose said.

"I know." Angel said. "Now, if I can control it, maybe you will see him more often."
"No, I will not put these good people in mortal damage. I will not revert to the killer Angelus wants me to be." Dawn Rose answered fiercely.

"You can and you will." Angelus answered back. He pounced on the three and torn their necks out all at once. "Come eat."

Angel woke with a start. He had been daydreaming. Was it a dream or was it real? He looked around. Cordelia, Gunn, and Wesley were still working on the computers.
