Chapter 1
Everyday was the same now. Naruto and Sasuke became jounin while she stayed chunin. The exact same routine, Kakashi-sensei late, Naruto and Sasuke train while Kakashi-sensei reading his perverted book while she would watch. Only watch, even on missions she would watch from the sidelines. She would always need protection from her two teammates. She would just pick at grass or train alone and then go home. No one would stop her. She felt so weak. She was practically chained down while everyone flew higher and higher.
Sakura wanted to be stronger. She asked Tsunade to train her to become stronger, but Tsunade said no.
Now even when she fought Ino, she couldn't win. She slipped into depression. Everyday now, she would just leave training and go home.
One day, Naruto asked Sakura, "Do you want to spar with me Sakura-chan?"
She replied, "Sure Naruto…" with her voice as a mere whisper.
"Okay!" Naruto says in his bright and cheery voice.
They got in their stances ready to fight, Naruto charged at Sakura ready to kick her in high speed. And Sakura not being ready braced herself for the kick. She fell back, hurt. Naruto then asked, "Are you okay Sakura-chan? I'm so sorry!"
"It's ok Naruto," says Sakura, "I guess I'll go now. Okay?"
"Sure…" says Naruto confusingly.
After Sakura left, Naruto asked Kakashi-sensei what's going on? And he told him, "Sakura is barely doing anything to be a ninja. She's not even trying to get better when she's extremely weak. I don't even know why Tsunade-sama still let's Sakura be a ninja."
"He's right Naruto. For once, I agree with him," said Sasuke.
While their talk, they didn't notice someone. Sakura. After she left, she hid in the trees concealing her chakra while spying on them. Their words hurt. A lot. She was crying now, as their words ran cold, over and over again in her head. After that, she left. When she got home, she collapsed on her bed and wept hard into her pillow. No one would comfort her. She had no parents or any other family.
After that, she decided to go to her attic. The spot that comfort her most was in her attic. She was the only one that that will ever be there, since she was the only one who knew about it… Sakura got up after a while and then hit her head against a shelf, and then some scrolls rolled over and hit her on the head. Hard. "Huh?" she asked herself. Then she opens the scrolls and read them. They said…
