So let me begin of telling you why I am writing this mini story of what happened after the events of the second Lion King, when Simba finally accepts Kovu and the other Outsiders in the Pride Lands. The characters that you hear in my story are owned by Disney except my black lion character named Ajhadi.
So after Kovu and Kiara were reunited and found that they were in love and started star gazing. But, they did not know that they were being watched by a black figure in the forest they were near. This black figure was a lion and the oldest one there is and his name was Ajhadi the Dark One, the reason they called him that is because he is the only lion who is fully black and had piercing yellow eyes. Some of the lions in both the Pride Lands and Outlands were afraid of him because he was quick at killing his enemies and when he was done he disappeared in the shadows. For some reason, Kovu noticed him and said to Kiara "I think the Dark One is watching us and I do not know if he will leave us alone or he will kill us and go back in the shadows." Kiara started to worry about Ajhadi but the moment they thought he was about to attack he stopped right in front of them. Kiara said "Who are you?" and Ajhadi said with a deep voice "If you do not know me, you do not know your father that well." And Kiara started saying to the Dark One "I know my father more than you know him but why do you say you know my father." Ajhadi said to both of them "I knew Simba before you were born and I knew your grandfather before he died to the hands of Scar." Kiara asked Ajhadi "Who really are you Ajhadi the Dark One and why do you not live in Pride Rock with us and our pride." Ajhadi said something which startled them both "Kiara, I am your great-grandfather." When Kovu and Kiara heard him say that they asked a single question "Ajhadi you must come to Pride Rock and speak to my father about who you are?" Ajhadi said to both of them "I will come but I am not welcomed there by your father because he banished me." They both asked him why he was banished "I was banished because your father did not who I was and he was afraid that I might kill him because he killed my son." So we all walked to Pride Rock and the moment we got there, we were surrounded by the Pride Landers lionesses and the only one they were growling at was Ajhadi because they did not know who I was. Simba started walking near Kovu and Kiara and said "you are free to go and I will deal with this traitor and friend of Scar." Kiara stood her ground and she was between Ajhadi and Simba and said "Father, you will not kill this lion because you do not know who he really is." Ajhadi sat down and stared at Simba and said "Please, Simba, I thought the king of the Pride Lands would not kill a prisoner who does not want to fight and also a family member for that matter." Simba stepped back from Ajhadi and said "who are you" and Ajhadi said I am the one you banished because you thought I helped Scar, but I did not." Simba looked at Ajhadi and he saw in Ajhadi's eyes that he looked like his father and he saw he father's spirit and asked Ajhadi "how do you know Scar and my father." Ajhadi said which startled Simba "I am Scar and Mufasa's father and the first king of the Pride Lands." Simba looked at the sky and saw Mufasa's spirit nodding in agreement of what Ajhadi said and once Simba saw who he was he welcomed in his home.
After that, the Pride Landers had a ceremony for the return of the old king and the reuniting grand-father and grandson in ruling together with Nala and the others.
