This takes place after the boy's conversation with Sue at the Lima Bean in "Sexy", but before "Animal".

Hope you enjoy! Please review! :)

Kurt was freaking out.

He had exactly 34 hours to somehow figure out how to have some sort of sex appeal and not make a complete fool of himself in front of Blaine. Damn that warbler, he was so calm about the whole thing. He didn't even need to try to be sexy. Kurt however…

The boy ran his fingers through his perfectly styled hair and let out a small sigh., before flopping back on his bed and giving up on the whole sexy idea all together.

Blaine hadn't stopped pacing for the past thirty minutes, and frankly, it was getting on David's nerves.

"Blaine, it's just a number. Do what you always do."

Blaine gave him a look of utter exasperation.

"David, it's not just a number. It's a sexy number, and Kurt is singing it with me! I have to be perfect."

David rolled his eyes and gave his friend a knowing smile.

"Aww, Blainey Bear has a crush-" David cooed, only to be interrupted by a pillow impacting his face.

"Shut up and help me idiot."

Kurt watched as the bus that had brought all sixteen giggling girls pulled out of the Dalton parking lot and felt his nerves rise.

"God, I'm going to make a complete fool of myself," he muttered underneath his breath.

"No you're not…"

Kurt whipped around so quickly he nearly got whiplash.

"Blaine!"

The boy smiled.

"Hey Kurt, ready for the number?"

"No."

"Come on you'll be great!" Blaine said with a smile that nearly caused Kurt to swoon. No Hummel, resist the temptation; he doesn't like you, not in that way at least; just focus.

"You see I would believe that if I actually had any sex appeal what so ever," Kurt replied. "I mean, how am I supposed to go sell sexy when I don't know anything about…that stuff." Kurt inwardly cursed at himself as he felt a blush creep onto his cheeks as it did whenever he talked about…it.

Blaine thankfully didn't seem to really notice Kurt's embarrassment; he instead looked rather deep in thought. Suddenly, Blaine's eyes lite up and he gave Kurt an excited grin.

"How about if after this performance, if you still feel unsexy or whatever, I could kinda, you know, coach you."

Kurt felt his eyebrow rise.

"You want to give me lessons on how to be sexy?"

"No! Just, how to embrace it I guess you could say, you know, sell it to the judges at Regionals!" Blaine quickly explained. Kurt couldn't help but notice how adorable Blaine looked when he was flushed.

"I could be down with that."

"Really?!"

"Sure!" Kurt replied. "After all, we do need to win…"

"Great! How about right after this, my place?"

"Sure."

"Perfect! And remember it's only if you feel awkward after the number about it ," Blaine reminded him, then with a slightly hushed voice added, "You really don't need help being sexy though, after all, you seem to be just fine now."

Feeling his heart leap into his chest, Kurt watched as Blaine walked over to introduce the number. Thinking about it, Blaine's offer didn't all that bad. Alone time, just them for a couple hours…

Kurt gave himself an inward smile as he quickly came to a decision. Tank the number, turn up the charm when he hung out with Blaine. And with that, Kurt walked out and began the duet.
