Vincent no longer looks so frightening, prone on the ground. Draco's knuckles hurt.
He doesn't want to look at Vincent, vanquished and bleeding-nosed, or Gregory, wide-eyed and no longer a faceless muscled terror, but just another six-year-old boy. So Draco looks at the plants in the garden. Thinks about growing flowers.
Horticulture is the correct word.
His father is very keen on correct words.

Later on, Draco returns to the drawing room, where the adults are talking. His father notices Vincent and Gregory tailing him quietly. His eyes gleam.
Draco's stomach curls. There is a hollowness in his chest.
