Kim and Ron have just walked out of the Bueno Nacho. They have been going out for a long time now. Since they have graduated school they have been going out a lot more. Ron and Kim have just walked across the street holding hands. Then Rain starts falling in big drops.

They then run towards Josh He appears to be nervous when they reach him.

Actually no. You see I've been heartbroken ever since you broke up with me. Then I saw you start going out with Stoppable. That's when I decided if I can't have you. Then no one will.

Josh then pulls out a gun and points it at Ron. He fires two shots and hits Ron in the chest both times.

Josh then runs off. Kim then runs to Ron and kneels by him. She is in tears by the time she gets there.

I just am. I wanted to ask you something when we got out of Bueno Nacho.

I always loved him and I always will. Josh was charged and convicted of murder and charged with the death penalty not long after Ron's death. I went to the funeral and saw that most of the school and Mr. Barkin were there. I even saw that Bonnie was crying there. When we got to his grave I saw Mr. Barkin give a small salute and walk away. Then several days after that the court charged Josh with murder. I didn't even see anyone sit on his side. Not even his parents. The whole school was there and they all agreed to the death penalty when it was given. I always thought that kind of thing would never happen to me. But never say never.
