The Celestian Alliance, Lee, The Serpent, Ash, Misty, Pikachu, Azurill, Pucca, and Ching were relaxing on the beaches of California. As Sam was giving a sunbathe, she saw a red like experiment was cleaning up trash at Big Poppa's Fox's Surf Shop. "Joy," she said on her communicator, "I just located another experiment."
"Experiment 606 a.k.a Holio, he can create black holes." Joy scanned.
She decided to go after it. Frank saw the entire thing and he had an idea that will get Sam to fall in love with him. He whispered the plan to Rainbow Dash, who was cautious "Frank, are you sure this will work?" Rainbow asked cautiously.
"Yes, remember when we went to Pen Gu Island, where Arnold pretends to drown?" Frank asked.
"Okay," Rainbow answered, "But this won't work."
Sam and Holio were walking out of the shop when they saw Rainbow Dash, "Frank is in the middle of the ocean and is drowning." she said sarcastically.

Sam went to Frank to save him, Twilight and Gary used their binoculars and found out that Frank is pretending to drown by his smile. Everyone else got into a motorboat to save her.
Everyone rushed to Sam to save her from kissing Frank, they accidentally went into the water and activated Twilight' magic. When they got out of the water the magic sent them to Wet Side Story. Sam, Betty Ann, Lee and Misty joined the surfers for the musical number. Amongst the surfers were Tanner and his best friends, "Seacat", "Giggles", and "Rascal"
They danced and finally go went inside, "Big Mama's". Then a biker group called, "The Rodents" came in arguing over it with the surfers.
"Butchy wants this place to himself!" Chee Chee, Struts, and Lugnut said to the surfers.
"Yeah, Butchy wants this place to himself!" Rascal said.
"Rascal!" The surfers shouted in anger.
"Sorry!" Rascal replied
Then Butchy's sister, "Lela" activated the jukebox. The Rodents sang a song, "Cruisin with a Bruisin" and The Serpent, Frank, Kiki, Ash and Pikachu danced to it.
"Don't stop the music, we run fast like the rodent" Butchy sang.
"Bubblegum, cherry pop, go to the hop, hanging with my brother because his friends are so hot." Lela sang
"We run fast like a rodent," The Serpent sang.
"Anytime at all oh yeah." Frank sang.
"We just ride, ride all day," Kiki sang.
"We're not gonna live any other way." the bikers sang.

Big Momma calmed them down and she hopes they don't act this way at the party she's having tonight.
Little did they know, is that Darkrai is spying on them and had an idea to get them to fight.
