Every morning, as soon as she got up, Lizzie Bennet would check her phone. She would scroll down her twitter feed, and check her facebook before looking at her tumblr, all the while lying in bed.
On March 22nd, Lizzie Bennet did exactly that, though it did take her longer than usual to scroll past the various people talking about the recent video that she had put online. She did find it disconcerting to look at gifs of herself with her mouth locked to William Darcy's as it was something she had avoided doing so after the video was made. (She had just sent the raw footage to Charlotte and let her sort it out)
It was during her scrolling that she came across a link. 'What happened after episode 98', it said. Now, Lizzie was no stranger to some variation of these words. Her fans were forever creating scenarios about her life from watching the videos, and she had even read a fair few of them. But not recently as she had found that when she clicked on a link, it would lead to her reading about doing certain activities with a certain CEO, which was something that gave her quite a queasy stomach.
She didn't know what made her click it that day, but she did. She immediately regretted it when she felt herself being pulled toward a warm body. That didn't stop her from reading though. Lizzie was quite the curious person.
It started off innocent, but they all did. Fictional Lizzie and Fictional Darcy were talking about how they would need to listen to each other, and be more honest with each other if they were to stop any misunderstandings, and that had in fact been a conversation that had happened last night with the Real Lizzie and the Real Darcy. Then of course, it stopped being so innocent. First there were some pretty heavy kissing sessions, which lead further and further until... well, you know.
It was at that point that Lizzie heard a groan behind her.
"Lizzie," and she was pulled tighter against his body. "What are you doing on your phone now?"
He was looking over her shoulder at her phone screen. She could feel his confusion as he skimmed through the text, probably catching certain words.
"Lizzie, what is that?" She was mortified. She couldn't look at him.
"Well, my fans like to write about me. Some of them have over active imaginations."
She could feel him shaking, his chest heaving as he nuzzled his face into her neck, trying to muffle his laughter. It was in vain however as he soon let out a noise Lizzie had never heard come out of him before. William Darcy was in hysterics.
It was as though he had not laughed in years, and Lizzie could not help but be amazed at the look on his face. She took everything in, from the wide grin he was sporting that she had only seen a few times, to the tears he was wiping away from his eyes. It was the most magnificent thing she had seen, and she felt proud to be part of the cause of it.
It took him a while, but when he was finally subdued, he reached over and took Lizzie's phone. "What are you doing?"
William looked back at Lizzie, the phone in his hand. "Looking for ideas of course."
