Chapter 1: Home Sweet Home

Percy POV:

It was the first day of July when I got back. For the past 5 years I've been underwater training and helping my dad. But, yesterday I persuaded Poseidon into letting me go into highschool. That's how I ended up here. But right now I'm in my room, relaxing since I just came. Mom isn't home yet though. I might suprise her since it been a couple months since talked to her. After, a couple of minutes I hear footsteps so I head downstairs and to the side of the door. The door opens. She is carrying lots of grocery bags and that when I step out of the side and infront of her. She looks at me for a second then she drops all the bags and yells, "PERCY!" I smiled. She has tears coming from her eyes saying, "You don't know how long I've been waiting for this!... Just to see you! You've grown so big you 17 now!" I said, "I know mom. I know." My mom suddenly gets up and says "We need to celebrate this! Come on! I'll bake you a blue cake!" I now felt all my energy fill up to max, "Thanks mom! Your the best!" I then hug her. She hugs me back. "To repay you back I shall clean this mess I made." "What mess Perc- ohhh." She looks around to see food everywhere. "Well, you better get started now or else no cake for you." "Yes ma'am!" I'm so glad that I get to live with my mom again. But still I wonder about highschool...
