The Woken Spirits
1. Earth
Earth is the solid ground beneath one's feet, the stabiliser and fertiliser. Earth is the eternal dance partner to the air, the sky, and to the water as well: it tempers both. Earth is the neutral ground of the warring elements, that can be good or evil, bland or exotic, dead or alive depending on its own whims and the whims of those who dance with it. It survives the tempers of the sun and the wind and the waves but rarely fights them. Rather, it stands and endures and grows or waits unless it's shoved headlong into the fray.
