Author's Note
Yeah I know I havn't updated anything in a long time, but school started up and I havn't felt like it.

Guard duty can be so freaking boring. That was the thoughts going through two chunins' minds as they stand outside of the village gates. The village just happened to be the one and only leaf village. It was mid day and no one had passed the gates in hours.
Suddenly there was a figure approaching the gates at a fast paste. Minutes later he was standing infront of the gates looking at the chunins. "What is your buisness?" the first chunin asked. They mysterious person looked at them and says "oh I want to be a ninja here."
The figure was a boy maybe 10 years old with short black hair. He had green eyes that were full of life and a smile on his face. He wore a black T-shirt with some fish-net comming out of the sleeves like Shikimaru. He wore long black pants that were torn at the bottom, but looked like it was ment to be that way.
The chunin wern't sure, but the boy didn't seem to have any malicious intentions. "Follow me." the second chunin said and lead the boy to the Hokage's tower. They knocked on the door and were let in. The boy stood infront of the Third causing him to look up from his paperwork. The chunin bowed and says "this boy would like to be a ninja of this village."
The hokage raised an eyebrow and asked "what is your name?" The boy smiled and says "I'm Tsachi Kijet of the Kijet clan. I'm the last of my clan and left Kumogakure to come here." The hokage leaned closer and asked "why did you leave?" Tsachi got serious and said "because things were getting fucked up. the Raikage was passing crazy laws and taxes. I was alone and had to get out. I've got a cool bloodline to contribute to your village."
The hokage started to consider his options and after a while says "alright. We'll get you an appartment and you will start at the academy tomorow. You will take him to his new apartment. Its the one near the Ichiraku Ramen stand." The chunin bowed and lead Tsachi out of the office.
The chunin lead the boy from Kumo to the building and let him in to the only unocupied apartment. The boy looks around and grined at the place. It could use some touching up, but it wasn't bad. The chunin left to let Tsachi get setteled in as the boy looked in the fridge. He found nothing, but remembered something about a ramen stand.
He walked outside and after wondering a bit finaly found it. He went inside and sat down. He just happened to sit next to the only boy his age that wore copious amounts of orange. Tsachi ordered 10 bowls of taryaki beef flavored and scarfed them down like Naruto. They both finished at the same time and paid at the same time. (Tsachi had pocket money) They both started walking back to their apartments which just happened to be in the same building and were coincidentaly located right next to eacother. All of this happened with out either of the noticing eachother.
