Anya: Also, this fic is in Kuukai's POV.

As usual, I'm always getting caught up in my soccer activities even in High School. Lot's of stuff have changed but there are some that remain the same. The Guardians seem to be working hard like usual especially her.

It was another boring day. Classes have just ended and I decided to take a peek on the guardians and see what they're up to. By the time I got there everyone was sitting down having tea.

'Kuukai! Wanna have some snacks with us?' Hinamori said raising a cookie on her left hand.

Hinamori Amu, she's always trying her best as the Joker. She's sometimes a little bit shaky but I like her that way. She hasn't changed a bit though. She's still the same oddball like before.

I simply smiled at her and said; 'Sure! I actually came here to check up on you guys!'

'Check up on us?' Tadase asked me peculiarly as if it were a crime to check up on them.

'I am the former Jack! I should know what's going on every now and then.'

'I never new Kuukai was a check-up-type-of-person at all.' Hinamori placed her forefinger on her lip and just shrugged.

I just tried to be my usual self, smiling along with everyone. It was nice having to chat with everyone.

The new Jack and Queen seem to be getting along with the others too. Maybe I didn't even need to check up on them. Oh well…

I was too busy slipping into my thoughts that I haven't spoken to anyone for quite a while until Hinamori patted my shoulder and said; 'Kuukai? Are you sure you're ok? You look like you're thinking about something pretty serious.'

As usual, Hinamori reads everyone like an open-book. She knows everyone's feeling pretty well. Of course, I can't let her be worried over me.

Come to think of it, Daichi and the others were somewhere in the garden. They're probably busy doing some Shugo-Chara-Meeting or something.

'I better get going.' I simply stood up and excused myself and headed out. By the time I reached the school gate I realized Hinamori was chasing after me. She was trying to catch her breath as she grabbed my sleeve.

'Kuukai…..are….you really ok?'

'Yeah I am.' I just can't tell her….

'Also, I'd be really happy if you started calling me by my first name.'

'Eh?' I was in a state of shock.

'C'mon. I don't think two syllables are hard to say.'

'Fine. I'm ok Amu.'

Did she chase after me just to say that? I just patted her head and said; 'I'll see you soon! I better get going.'

After that, We said goodbye and I went back home.

While walking back, there were so many thoughts pilled in my head that I couldn't sort them out but there was one thought that made me really happy.

Hinamori Amu. She's the one girl I would treasure the most. I can't tell her now that I like her but someday I will.

Someday, I'll be able to tell her how I feel.
