The Ultimate Prank
"Are you sure you know what to do?" Sirius asked James one last time.
"Yes Padfoot we make sure Snivelly's looking and then BAM!"
"That's not the term I would use but it works."
Severus walked down the hallway into the apparently empty classroom.
"Now," Sirius whispered.
"Padfoot you know I really do love you," James said in a low husky voice he saved for only Lily Evans.
"Prongs I can't believe you feel that way cause I feel the same way," Sirius said trying hard not to laugh.
Severus watched intently the two as they were sitting in each other's arms careful not to be seen.
The conversations continued flirting with one another.
"James just kiss me," Sirius said.
James leaned in and put his lips against Sirius'.
Sirius was enjoying himself quite thoroughly though he wouldn't ever admit it. Suddenly they broke apart.
"What the Bloody hell is going on," Said a voice they hadn't expected to hear.
James turned up blushing very darkly and seeing Lily Evans his girlfriend "Oh God Lily let me explain."
Lily stomped her foot, "WAS I JUST A DISTRACTION SO PEOPLE WOULD THINK YOU WEREN'T BUT YOU AND SIRIUS…. Oh I thought you wanted me," tears started streaming down her eyes.
Severus wrapped his arm around her, "You think I want you?" She asked with disgust.
Lily stormed away completely heartbroken from what she had just seen. She had finally said yes to James Potter and she found him in an empty classroom kissing Sirius Black.
James ran after her as fast as he could, "Wait Lily."
She stopped dead in her tracks.
"It wasn't anything real Lils. I do want you, I want you to be with me until I die. I cried every time you said no to me, It was the Ultimate Prank to make Snivelly think we were gay. Than Sirius was going to get up and kiss him and freak him out completely. It was a joke and I am so sorry."
She sighed, "Sirius seemed to be enjoying himself."
"I-I didn't think he was…" James stumbled at loss.
Was his best friend really gay?
"I'm sorry," James whispered.
"It's okay, I'd kiss you right now if you hadn't been kissing Sirius not five seconds ago." She joked.
"Well the Ultimate Prank backfired."
