Pale as snow and hair flowing like smoke with each slight breeze it gets disturbed, covered by a hood only his bright green eyes with unnatural pupils lit up and his white teeth when he smiled. With each step he took any kind of life withered around him, it was as if life itself runs from him. One word is always used to describe him: Death.

'Am not!' A man fitting the description said as he sat in a comfy chair, elbows on his knees and his arms supporting his head looking at the ground.

Anywhere he visits chaos and destruction follows, every town and any city has heard and fears him. He manipulates space time and breaks taboos as if it was the norm for him.

'I—DO NOT!' The man protested.

'No wait. There's more.' A woman sitting on a chair opposite of him said, she has white hair which curls near the end and dark blue eyes. A bit different from the average woman, she had claws instead of arms and bat-like wings complete with horns on her head which curled around her toward her forehead and pointed upwards.

'Not a single person who has had contact with him is alive to tell the tale.' She continued. 'Many have tried to face him and none have returned he is without a doubt a threat to the Magic Guilds Associations Committee and should not be allowed to further practice magic'

'Wha-Th- Who wrote that?' He asked irritated.

'One, Lucy Heartfilia, must be a fan of yours seems to know a lot about you. Kinda creepy if you ask me.'

'She got nothing right.'

The woman picked up a hand mirror and pointed it towards him. There was a slight pause as he started into the mirror, he looked turned left and then right, ran his hand across his chin and then flopped his head downwards in defeat.

'I didn't mean for the illusion to be like-THIS! It was meant to be a bit scary but how was I meant to know people are spineless these days and where the hell did she get the information about me killing some innocent people and what's more she said anyone who knows me is dead, do you know how hard it's to make friends with a reputation like mine already!?'

The woman did not answer, a long pause followed.

'Please say something and stop smirking! I can see it, you're enjoying this too much! STOP IT!' The woman began to reach for a cup of tea which was placed on a stool near her chair. 'NO! Don't do it, not the judgemental tea sip. Anything but that! PLEASE.' Her hand moved closer and closer as he protested. ' MIRA NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO'. It was done, she took a sip of tea.

'I hope that answers everything.' She said as she put away the cup of tea back on its spot.

'Why do I even come here?' He sighed.

'Well, let's see. For some reason a few years ago you got really angry with lil' ol' me as I tried to possibly take over some parts of the world…'

'All of it.' The man interrupted and pointed his finger at her.

'Ok, okay, all of it, and you very convincingly vowed to put me away for good so I can suffer in an eternal prison between time and space itself for literally the rest of time. So, here we are in the prison you promised to make so as we see your promises are usually followed through with' She said in a cheery voice.

'And so?'

'And so what did you promise me after 235 years of me sitting here? Oh, and by the way, during those 235 years you visited me THREE TIMES. What did you promise then?'

'I promised to see you at least once a week.' He said in defeat.

'Exactly! You promised that you would see me once a week. Yes, and WHY did you do that?'

'Because I seen that you had changed over those years and possibly learned your lesson.' He sighed

'Yes! Thank you! That's why you come here, and I can count on it because I learned the hard way that your promises seem to be dearly followed.' She said kicking his leg slightly. 'Wouldn't it be nice if you could just let me out of here!'

'I can't' He said very quietly.

'You what? You can't, because as you have told me before resuming the flow of time and restoring space is very difficult, even for…'

'Me.'

'There we go and if something is difficult even for you, then no one can do it. Isn't it right, Natsu?'

'Yeah, probably. Magic standards have really gone down these days and the demons have been having a good run with you gone for the past 400 years.'

'Not my fault, when I was in charge the demons would have never thought to even breathe without my permission.'

'Yeah but you know what, maybe you can put them back in place sometime next week.' He said with a grin on his face.

'I would I'm stuck here and WE JUST WENT THROUGH THIS, I can't get out! Is this some kind of joke you're playing?!' Mira was frustrated, she didn't like joking about being stuck there. Even for a demon 400 years is a lot of time especially stuck in a 3 by 5 room.

'This is actually worse than Hell! Natsu! I've been there and I owned it.' There was a bright reflection in her eyes, the candle could easily be seen in her eyes. It was the effect of tears.

'I know I made a mistake back then and I REALLY do regret it, I underestimated you and was livid with power I accept that. Now, 400 years later which I have spent here I no longer ever want to do anything like it.'

'Mira.' Natsu tried to interrupt her.

'You know what, I was scared fighting you. For the first time ever in my entire life I was afraid of someone else and a human at that!' Tears were now flowing down her cheeks but they weren't normal human tears, it was crimson red blood which dripped onto the floor. 'For the first time ever I was powerless in front of someone!'

'Mira, I did it.' He tried again.

'Not only did I make one mistake which I spent 400 in hell for I also….' She paused and looked at Natsu.

'I found a way to open a gate for you.'

She froze and looked at Natsu.

'What?' It was as if she didn't hear him at all.

'I got a gate open.'

'Wha-Wait, HOW!?'

'Does it matter? You get to get out.' He looked at her and smiled gently, he knew what this meant to her.

She looked at Natsu sitting in the opposite chair, he had his hands gripping tightly onto his knees. Natsu looked at her as she wiped away her tears. He stood up and spread his arms as if to present himself.

'Now tell me who's amazing.'

She stopped to think for a moment and started at the floor for a second, for a second she thought about all the things she's been through here and what she was able to do in the outside world all the power she had as the queen of the demons and the possibilities. She didn't want any of that anymore.

'You remember our promise?' Natsu asked, he bent over to be closer as she leaned on her arms.

'I do.'

It was a simple promise, don't try to take over the world.

'Whaddya think you're gonna do when you get out?'

'I just want to-go out and-maybe go for a walk. I'm going to take it slow and maybe-if I could get myself a house with a beautiful garden and-I would plant the most colourful flowers.'

'You read that In a book didn't you?'

'Well, It's been a bit difficult to get any other ideas since I was stuck here for so long.' She sniffled.

'The demon queen is crying? What's this?' He mocked her but in a friendly voice.

'What's crying?' She inquired. Natsu fixed himself still and looked at her. The girl in front of him just cried for her first time and she didn't know what it was, all the gentle mocking made him feel like a terrible person. He was planning to explain what crying was but in all his 600 years on Earth, he had forgotten what it was too.

'I-erm-I don't know? It's something humans do.' It sounded like a question rather than an answer. ' It doesn't matter, you getting out of here or not?' He changed the topic.

Mira wiped her tears of blood from her cheeks and stood up, she completely changed her attitude in seconds befitting a real queen. She stood proudly, her long silver-white hair, and her wings looked ready to fight. Natsu made a circular motion with his hand from which a magic circle appeared, it bgan spinning ferociously and sparks flew off of it in a clockwise direction. Another smaller circle materialised in front of the first one and began spinning anti-clockwise. Then a square formed at the very front of the magic formation and somehow began spinning in both directions. The fabric of reality around it started to crumble and a hole was opened, pitch black inside it.

'Ladies first.' He bowed his torso and stretched his arm out.

Mira walked into it and Natsu followed. Her eyes were filled with bright colours of green, yellow and red and pink. There was so much to take in and all her eyes were capable of seeing were blurs of these as she walked further until her feet were met with a soft sensation of grass for the first time in 400 years. It was ticklish and the breeze swayed her hair in all directions. She covered her face as she walked in to a field full of wheat surrounded on all sides by trees. She couldn't believe it, she stretched her arms out and stood on her toes chin held high. She moved her arms upwards and interlocked her hands stretching more. Eventually she lifelessly fell onto the grass. She looked directly at the bright sun and squinted her eyes. Natsu walked over and bent over her.

'Excited?' He smiled.

'I never would have thought I would be happy about visiting the human world again!' She almost shouted. ' I'm going to have myself a house a garden and beautiful flowers everywhere. You know, I never appreciated colours different than brown, black and a bit of gray but that stupid place you put me in had me begging for something else!' She was liked little kid with a new toy. A 564 year old kid. Suddenly the smile off her face was gone and concern overcame her.

'NATSUUUUUUUUUUUU!' She screamed and grabbed her head in fear. 'HOW DOES THIS WORK?! I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'M GOING TO DO WITH IT?!'

The screaming took Natsu by surprise. 'Wha-Whats wrong?' He kneeled down and grabbed her hands away from her head.

'HOW DO I GET A HOUSE?!' She exclaimed. 'Or a garden? Are they the same thing?! WHAT DO I DO?!'

He was shocked, he thought there was a problem with his spell and she was somehow disorientated or had brain damage from jumping space-time but instead she was just…Comfused.

'Yo—Well. I thin—You work…Then you get currency to purchase—stuff' He tried to explain but he didn't know how to explain such a simple concept to someone who never even heard of money.

'What's work and currency? How do I cast it? The books never said anything of the sort.'

'We're gonna have to find you someone to help you deal with this…' Natsu sighed.
