I woke up, grumpy as ever. I really didnt want to go to school. My new school was called Shikon high school. It was a school for priestess, priest, demon slayers, demons, and some humans. Souta and I had moved to my aunt's place a week ago. My aunt was the only family member that Souta and I had left. Our parents had passed away 2 weeks ago by the hand of a demon. I didn't hate demon, only the one that had killed my parents. I quickly got of bed and jumped into the shower. As soon as i got out, I put on a red tank top, black shorts and a pair of ugly bettys. I went into the bathroom and brushed my hair and teeth. I put on light make- up to bring out my features. Then, I ran downstairs and poured myself a bowl of Lucky Charms. I could hear Souta taking a shower and my aunt was coming down the stairs." Good morning, sweetheart. Is that all your going to eat? Sweetie, you need to eat more. You barely ever eat since ... well you know" she looked away, not wanting to bring up the subject. I patted her hand and said" Its ok, you can say it. Since my parents died. I know, i know, but this is my way to grieve. I have be strong for Souta. kay?" She was about to say something but Souta came down that exact minute " what are you talking about" I smiled as i ruffled his hair" Nothing, just how if don't eat quickly, you'll be late to school." He laughed for the first time in days" kay" He gaved a slice of toast and out the door, but not before giving my aunt and me a kiss on the cheek. I gave a kiss to my cheek and said" Bye, auntie and don't worry i'll pick Sota up from soccer practice." She smiled " Thank you, sweetheart. Good luck at school" I nodded and left for school. Oh god, i hoped that my day went normal.
