"Evening m'Lady" chat sang sweetly

"Nice to see you too, chat." Responded ladybug.

They had patrol together today and were meeting on there usual rooftop which happens to be about an equal distance from the Dupain-Chang Bakery as it was the Agreste Mansion.

Chat was overly playful today, much to ladybugs dismay. But she was very bored when he had suggested a little competition to his lady. She, though unsure if it was a good idea, agreed.

"Okay, we will race from here to the Dupain-Chang Bakery and back." Said Chat.

"Thats it?" Said ladybug "I would hardly call it a challenge."

"Fine, what do you suggest." Chat Asked

"How about we go to my- I mean the Dupain-Chang's Bakery then the Agreste Mansion and then finish at the Eiffel Tower." Stated Ladybug.

"Your on." Replied chat "But first a little wager."

"Alright if I win no puns for a week no two weeks." Ladybug replied smugly.

"And if I win I get a detail about you as a civilian and maybe a kiss." Smiled Chat with Just as much confidence.

"Deal." They replied in unison.

" on the count of 3, ready." Said Chat.

"3!"

And with that they sped off. Doing rolls and flips, side spins and aerials. Running and leaping. Fighting for first.

Chat pulled ahead as the bounced of the bakery back into the night. Feet hitting metal and hearts pounding in chest. Ladybug once again gained the upper hand while passing the Agreste Manner. But Chat caught up quickly. And pulled out victorious at the Eiffel tower. Both bent over panting to catch there breath. Chat picks his head up and smiled at his lady.

"So now my reward." Smiled Chat.

"Yes, Yes I know." Laughed ladybug.

"Ok, I am almost always late to class because I'm Ladybug." She said.

"Wow that really helps." Chat replied sarcastically. with an eye roll

"You never said it had to help." Replied LB "But if this helps if I know you in real life and you crack stupid puns you would know that who I am by now. Because I would have shut you up a long time ago."

"Ok so now I will just throw puns in were ever I can." Chat said but this time he really ment it.

Ladybugs earnings beeped signaling her to leave.

" Got to go Chat." She chimed. " Oh and one more thing." She said as she leaned in and gave him a soft peck on the cheek.

"The wager was a hint and a kiss." She replied casually to his dazed expression.

He shook his head out of the daze and too her hand planting a kiss on the knuckle and a sweet dreams. He jumped of the roof. This time leaving her to be dazed.

The next day at school

"Hey Nino, purrrfect day don't you think?" Said Adrien.

"Dude was that a Chat Noir pun?" Questioned Nino.

"What can I say I'm feline appreciative of him today." He answered Casually.

It continued like this all day. At first Marinette thought it was a coincidence. But now she was certain Adrien was Chat Noir.

It was lunch when she finally broke. She strode up to him grabbed him by his collar and pressed her soft lips against his. Cutting him off from finishing a pun about milk. He froze in his place. She parted from him and leaned in close to his ear and whispered, " I warned you I'd shut you up Chaton." To this Adrien grabbed her by the waist and pulled her to him needing the feeling of her warm cinnamon lips on his again.

"I love you M'lady."

"I love you to Kitty."

"What just happened?" Asked Nino

"Well it started with a bet" replied Alya to her boyfriend recalling what she had caught on her phone the night before.
