Mirror
Syed doesn't know how beautiful he is.
So the next time the subject comes up, Christian doesn't even blink; grabbing Syed's hand, hauling him to the full length mirror that hangs beside their bed.
"Don't move," his fingers hold Syed's chin, forcing him to look into his own eyes. "Don't look away."
And so Syed watches as Christian takes him apart; he sees every glorious beautiful inch of himself as clever fingers find their mark; unravelling him from the inside out, laying him bare, naked, raw in front of them; everything that Christian sees, and loves, reflected back on himself.
