It was the night of the Rainbow Cherry Blossom Festival in Magnolia. This year, Lucy didn't have a cold (thankfully) and was at the festival with the rest of the guild. He was with Natsu, but as friends of course!
They walked down to the rainbow cherry blossom tree and set their blanket directly under it, so they could see the cherry blossoms by jut looking up.
"C'mon guys! Are you playing bingo or not?!" Gray yelled from the other side of the huge tree.
"Let's go Lucy!" Natsu yelled as he dragged Lucy, but he made sure that she was in front of him, which in his mind, didn't make him a complete jerk.
"Hey! Natsu! I can walk!" Lucy protested as they made their way to the bingo game to get their cards.
After about 5 minuets of playing, Erza, Gray, and Elfman all yelled "BINGO!"
They made their way over to the platform to get their gifts from Mira.
After another few minuets, Natsu jumped 10 feet in the air, quite literally, as he yelled "BINGO!"
He ran up to Mira, who handed him a gift basket full of fruit and veggies.
When he got back to Lucy, he flopped down beside her and groaned.
"I was hoping for some type if exotic fire or some other cool prize!" Natsu wined like a 5 year old.
"I can make you something out of those, you know." Lucy said as he began to eat everything in the basket.
"As long as it tastes ok, I'll eat it. I'll eat everything in this basket! Expect for that!" Natsu said as he pointed franticly at a small green veggie.
Lucy looked at the veggie in question and was mistaken, quite a few times before Natsu finally picked it up and threw it at Gray, who looked over and tried to pick a fight, but thought that Natsu and Lucy had been talking he whole time.
They laughed and talked for a while, and Natsu let Lucy take a few things from his basket.
They were talking about the guild, when Lucy suddenly stopped and looked up.
"Woah." She said as she flopped back to lay down and look up a the tree. "They're so pretty!"
"You saw them last year! What are you talking about? Where have you been!?" Natsu said as he flopped back on the blanket next to her.
"I know. But this year is different because I get to see them with you!" She said as she cuddled up to him.
Natsu bushed at her sudden show of affection.
"So pretty..." Lucy repeated, staring at the tree.
"Not as pretty as a certain girl I know..." Natsu said as he looked at he blonde laying beside him.
"Oh Natsu!" List said as she turned and kissed him on the cheek.
Without thinking, Nastu kissed he in the nose.
Lucy blushed a dark red at this, and returned her gaze to the tree.
A few minuets later, Happy flew overhead.
"Ooooohhhhh! Your in loooooooovvvvvve!" He said as he looked down at his best friend and the blonde, who were both currently asleep.
He flew over to Mira, who took a photo of them and decided it was perfect for blackmailing later on.
