This wasn't what was supposed to happen at all.

He'd just shown up to help his father out in retrieving information from the enemy, but now his hands were wrapped around her hips, listening to the gentle and filthy purr from the Spanish pirate before him.

Leon gasped as suddenly hot and rough lips were upon his own, so tender like he'd never expected a pirate to be, and so deliciously chapped.

His mind blanked as she pushed into him, tall and imposing, taller than he was anyway.

He'd never anticipated admiring or even developing feelings for a woman that was taller than him or that was a bit rougher around the edges.

Leon held her close, savoring the way she fit against him as if she'd always been destined to be in his arms and hold him in return.

All he could focus on was the tempting heat of the warm body in front of him and her: the way she kissed him as as if she never wanted him to part and as if she'd been waiting for him her whole life.

He held his enemy tightly, closer than close, close enough that his father would be more than a little disappointed with him.

Leon had never been one susceptible enough that his father's enemy and what should be his enemy, tempted him and left him here, holding on to her.

He'd grown up not really caring much for pirates and having no intention of disagreeing with his father on who his enemies should be.

The man that was supposed to be her sworn enemy held her tighter while she dominated the kiss in a way that left his mind blanking and his legs a little shaky.

She grinned at him when she pulled away from the kiss, confident and cheerful.

It was a sight to behold to see her before him, looking every bit as beautiful as a woman could within her pirate attire that surely wasn't supposed to tempt him.

He smiled though he knew that he'd be coming home with no information for his father but rather with the temptation of a heart that was beginning to fall.
