Chapter One
"Ms. Unohana, Mrs Unohana!" I felt a tug on my long white skirt, and turned to the source. A little girl with brown hair in two pigtails on the side of her head was looking up at me with a large smile on her face, her big brown eyes shining. I smiled at her and bent down to her level. She's at least 4 years old, she is about 4'3''.
"What is it Hiyori?" I ask sweetly to the girl with a smile.
She blushed at my smile and lifted up a flower she had in her hand. It was a daisy.
"This is for you!" She said with a big smile. I blinked owlishly but it quickly morphed into a sweet smile. I took the flower from her hand and tucked it behind my ear.
"Thank you Hiyori, that was very nice of you." she blushed, her smile becoming even bigger, if possible, and ran off to play with the other children. I stood back up and continued picking up all the coloring items the kids took out. If you're wondering, no, I'm not an adult, I'm only in highschool, This is my part-time job.
"Cherumi! You can go home now thanks for all the hard work." Mr. Takashi said with a bright smile. I blushed slightly at the smile then bowed and gave him a smile of my own. Mr. Takashi owns the daycare center with his fiancee, Miyumi. She wasn't able to come today due to a cold she got. He then turned to the kids. "Alright, kids say good-bye to Ms. Unohana!" all the kids awed which I could only smile at, but they all said good-bye, eventually. I waved good-bye to them as I walked away. It was a cute scene to see all these kids on their tip toes, waving their hands in the air rapidly while yelling out their good-byes.
Everything was normal, it always was, but then I started, recently, seeing things. Like really tall people with weird colored skin and horns. Just like now, my eyes wandered to a tall man with red skin a horn on his forehead and white hair up to his shoulders. I did what I always did. I stared. yes, yes I know its impolite, but I couldn't help it. It was weird how people just pass him as if he was not there. He moved his head slightly and turned to stare straight at me. I blinked once. his eyes were fully yellow. He had no pupil or white around his eyes, just yellow. We just stared at each other, that is, until he smiled showing a row of sharp teeth. My cyan eyes widened slightly at the scene. A man walked in front of him and just like that he vanished as if he was never there to begin with. I moved my head left and right, trying to see if I can find him again. I didn't see red skin anywhere in sight. I blinked, shrugged and kept on walking so people wouldn't bump into me or think I'm crazy for standing on the sidewalk for too long.
I continued walking my eyes always drifting to the other side of the side-walk if that man was to pop up again. As I was walking I didn't notice a red-haired girl walking toward me.
THUMP
I tumbled to the ground, my bag scattering all of it items. I hissed in pain slightly and started to pick up my belongings. I saw another pair of hands helping me, picking up a couple of my papers and pencils. My eyes widened.
"Hey, It's OK you don't need to do that. I'm the one who bumped into you!"
I quickly grabbed all the items from her and put them in my bag safely and neatly. I bowed to the girl and looked up at her. She was beautiful. With forest green eyes and lovely red hair. She was also pretty tall too since I had to crane my neck up to look at her, which was weird for a girl, but I am pretty short. She had nice pale skin and a small but confused smile on her lips. I noticed her uniform. pink with a yellow trimming. She was from that elite school that was near here. What was it called again?
"I'm so sorry about bumping into you," I bowed once again, the girl looked quite baffled as if she didn't know how to react to it slightly. " I will try to watch where I'm going, once again very sorry!" I bowed once again and took off running once again not seeing the interested smile that appeared on her face.
"MOM? JUBEI? I'M HOME" I yelled while taking off my shoes and placing them by the door step. The first thing i heard was the soft but fast footfalls of my little brother.
"CHERUMI!" He shouted with glee as he ran toward me and jumped into my arms. I laughed and swung him around placing a loud kiss on his pudgy cheeks. He was a cute little 5-year-old with brown hair and big brown eyes that sparkle every time you see him. I put him down and went toward the kitchen where i found my mom and my dad. Mom was making something that smelled absolutely delicious and dad was sitting at the table a news paper in his hand reading about, well the news.
I walked over to my mom placing a kiss on her cheek. "Hello mom," I walked over and placed a kiss on my dads cheek "hello dad." They both smiled at me in return.
"Hello sweetheart, how was school?" My mom asked wiping her hands in a dish towel. Ami Unohana, a beautiful woman with long brown hair and beautiful green eyes, she is also my mother. She works as a designer and sells her own clothes.
"It was good like every other day." I said while taking a seat next to my dad who had neatly folded his paper and set it next to him.
"Are you still tutoring that Uremeshi boy?" He asked. Like always, the same question he asks me every day after school. I laughed and nodded my head. Kouga Unohana, President of a well known toy factory, he is also my father. He nodded his head. He really didn't like that I was tutoring Yusuke Uremeshi, a delinquent that goes to my school, Sarayashiki Junior High.
"Cherumi look what I made at school today!" I turned toward my little brother who was holding what looked like a finger painting. It looked like all the other little kids drawings, bad and hard to figure out but very colorful. I smiled at him and ruffled his head.
"Is it a dinosaur?" I asked him. He stared at me mouth slightly open and eyes wide.
"Cherumi is very smart! how did you know?" he asked his smile lighting up his face. I gave him a kiss on his head.
"Because Big sis is very smart like you said." I said while giggling slightly.
This is my wonderful family that i love and adore. I would do anything for them. This is what happens everyday. That is, until I went to school the next day.
Ok i kno i have been gone for awhile with this rewrite buuuuuut here it is.
