*Authors Note: Just a little one-shot that I wrote while listening to the song "Liar" by Dragonette. Enjoy!

"Liar" Emily yelled at Ashley.

"I am not" Ashley said calmly "I do not have feelings for you Emily. And even if I did it would be inappropriate"

"I don't believe you, I saw you at the festival, you wouldn't stop looking at me" Emily knew that she was right, all of the times that she was alone with Ashley she just had the feeling that the woman was looking at her. No, more than looking at her wanting her.

"You're wrong" Ashley repeated as she turned away. The truth was that she did have feelings for Emily but it was wrong on so many levels. She just didn't trust herself with the girl anymore. She was afraid that any day, any minute really, she'd give into temptation.

"I'm not, and you know how I know?" Emily asked. Ashley jumped a little with surprise, Emily sounded very close, too close. She started to walk to the kitchen to get away from Emily.

"You're wrong" Ashley said for the umpteenth time. She felt like she was starting to sound like a broken record.

"The reason I know…" Emily started.

"Please just…" Ashley begged as she turned to find that Emily was standing only inches away. Ashley backed up and bumped into the kitchen counter. Emily was too close. "Emily, please."

"I know that you like me because of now, because of how you act around me. Especially when we are alone. You watch me and you start breathing faster around me." Emily said as she closed the distance between her body and Ashley's.

"And because you can't seem to keep your eyes off my lips whenever I'm near." With that Emily leaned in and kissed Ashley softly on the lips and pulled back. When she pulled back she noticed Ashley lean forward to keep the connection and she had her eyes closed.

"See, I told you" Emily said before Ashley claimed her lips with a need she didn't realize she had.
