This takes place after Riding in Town Cars With Boys (5x10). I don't own Gossip Girl.
Blair POV:
I opened my eyes to find a doctor starring at me. What happened? The doctor seemed to read my mind.
"You and Chuck Bass were in a terrible car accident and were sent to the hospital immediately."
"Is he okay?"
"It doesn't look good." I ran out of my room to find Chuck despite the doctor yelling at me. I can't lose him again. I ran into his room to find him unconscious with lots of wires attached to him. I grabbed his hand.
"Don't leave me like this Chuck. Don't leave me. You're all I've ever wanted. I can't breathe without you. Please don't die. I can't go back to Louis. He won't make me happy like you do. We need the happy ending we never got. Please wake up. Please." I begged. No response.
"I love you." I almost whispered. I saw his eyes flutter.
"Blair?" He asked.
"Chuck!" I hugged him. "You're okay?"
"Now that you're here. I love you."
The end! I know it sucks and it's cheesy but they need a happy ending.
