Life was good

Rob's POV
I was fixing a car when Jake called, "Oi boss, your girl is here!". I stood up straight and grabbed one of the greasy cloths which were on the side board. It had been almost three months since me and Jess had gotten back together. Life had been good… no great over the last couple of weeks.
After getting the oil and grease off my fingers, I threw the cloth onto the side and headed over towards the counter where Jess would be waiting. Her mom had finally accepted the fact that me and Jess were getting married so soon. We didn't want to wait that long and I wanted to make sure no other guy went near her. Jess's mom was even willing to help plan it if we needed (though it was safer not to let her since she wanted her only daughter to have a big wedding while we wanted a small ceremony).
I smiled when I saw Jess standing there (looking as hot as she always did), talking to the guys. I walked over to them and planted a quick kiss on her cheek. Jess looked up and smiled. "Hey," she smiled.
"Hey," I replied, "Ready for lunch?" I asked. She smiled.
"Yep," she nodded. I kissed the top of her head.
"Just let me go get changed," I smiled and headed over to the locker room where all the guys could get changed when they were about to leave or get to work. Life was good and I was happy all because of one girl.
