Feelings won't change

Jake's POV
Six year old Nessie walked into the sitting room. Well she looked six but she was actually only around four years old. She looked just as cute as she did when she had been born, just a little more mature and was slowly growing from her baby face into her child like face.
I smiled as I watched Nessie carefully placed a bunch of building blocks on top of each other. It was all 26 letters of the alphabet and they were all in order. She was a cute genius. It was obvious she was really smart for her age, but that probably had something to do with the fact that she was a Cullen.
Nessie looked up and smiled a perfect smile at me. "Jake look," she said, pointing at the blocks. I smiled over at her. How could I not smile at my imprint? She was way too cute not to smile at. "I can see Ness, you're a smart girl," I told her. Her smile grew. I knew she loved it when I said good things about her so I tried to do it all the time, just so I could see her smile. She stood up, ran over to me and jumped onto my lap. I caught her so she didn't hurt me. She giggled which made me smile even more. I couldn't stop smiling when she giggled. A lot was changing around us but I knew my feelings about this little girl would never change.
