Senior Prom

"There, done." Katie said as she finish watering the last patch of strawberries grew by the Demeter cabin. As she turn around to take one last look at the strawberries, before going for lunch, she heard the sound of footsteps from behind her. When she turn around to see who it was, there was no one there. Suspecting that it may be a monster that somehow got pass thaila's tree, she took her dagger from her back pocket of her jeans. She turns to her right as she heard a sound from that direction, then her left, behind her, her right. The sound seems to be coming from all directions at this point.

"Hey Katie-Kat." Katie turns back to her original direction, only to be greeted by her least, yet most, favourite camper. Travis Stoll. Let's just say that being the charming, attractive and handsome, son of Hermes he was, Katie has a GIGANTIC crush on him. But having that being said, Travis was still a Hermes kid, pranking was in him, he had done pretty horrible things to Katie, and that's why she hate him so much.

Katie lowed her dagger at the sight of Travis and said, "What do you want? And shouldn't you be at lunch?

"Shouldn't you be a lunch too?"

"I was watering the strawberries and I'm about to head down to lunch."

"Oh, then I'm here just to say Hi. 'Hi'."

"Argh. What do you really want?"

"Well…I wanted to ask whether you…you… youwouldliketogotomyseniorpromwithme?"

"What?" Travis said that sentence so fast that Katie could barely understand a word besides 'you'

Travis took a deep deep breath before saying, "Would you like to go to my senior prom with me?"

Katie was shocked. Travis just asked her to go to his senior prom with him. Travis Stoll. The Travis Stoll.

"Uh…" was all Katie managed to say before she regained her composure. "Why?"

"Em….. Be…be…because I…I… kind of want my senior prom to be spent w…with someone I...I lo...lo...lo...lo…lo...LOVE!" Travis shouted the last word when he, for some reason, found it difficult to pronounce.

Katie, at this point, was clearly about to faint. Using all her will power, Katie said, "Yes." Without fainting. "And just to be fair, I too did have a crush on you." Katie added before pecking Travis on the lips and head down towards the dining hall, leaving a dumbstruck Travis behind with a silly grin on his face.

And that was how Tratie started.
