Hi I'm my name is clary fray I live in a little town called Idris, an old town forgotten by most.
For as long as I could remember the wall had separated the town of Idris from the forest but that was until i saw him, the man with the golden eyes, climbing up and over disappearing into the darkness of the woods.
Sitting here on top of the palace roof I can see the whole town, peaceful and quiet as the town was slowly going to sleep, but thats when I saw it, movement out of the corner of my eye a flash of gold moving quickly up the wall then I saw it, the brightest eyes, the colour of the sun whip around quickly but before he could continue over the wall, gold had met emerald it was gone.
That night I asked my farther what was over the wall but he was quick to dismiss the thought leaving all these unsnapped questions floating around in my head.
what is really over the wall
why won't anyone tell me about it
and the that been on my mind ever since I saw him, who was the man with the golden eyes.
