Hi! Another special crossover for Hot Wheels: Battle Force 5 & Max Steel. This is about childhood song for young Vert and Max. Enjoy! :)
In night, Vert and Max were sleeping in one room together. Max started to whimper as he has a nightmare then woke up with a cry which cause Vert to jolt in wake up. Vert sat up his bed and looked at Max, who's crying from his nightmare. He jump down from his bed and went over to his childhood friend, "Max, are you okay?" He asked him and Max looked up at him, tear streaks willing up from his eyes. "I… I had a nightmare," he whimpered, "About what?"
"I… I dunno. I got scared from that nightmare. And I can't sleep… it might happen again," Max said, Vert placed a hand on Max's shoulder to comfort him and has an idea, "How about sing a song will calm you down and forget about the nightmare," Vert said, "A song?" Max said confused, "Yeah. It'll make you feel better. Wanna hear it," he asked his childhood friend, "Okay. What kind of song," Max asked.
"Well… it's a Japanese song. But translate into English. Let's start first the Japanese song then to English." Vert said as he climb on Max's bed and seat next to him, "Ready to hear the song?" He asked and Max nodded. Vert clear his voice and starts to sing in Japanese.

As Vert finished that song he looked at Max, who is in awe to hear that nice song. "Wow… That song is so nice." He said, "I see you like it. I got that song from my grandma before we met each other. I like that song it makes me feel better." Vert said, "Can you sing again?" Max asked, "Sure. Let's sing together," Vert said with a smile. Then both boys sing together.

As they finished their singing, Max felt better as he forget his nightmare. "Wow, that song is very nice. And I felt better now." He said happier, "Glad you like it. Remember that song, okay? So you won't forget that song," Vert said with a smile and Max suddenly yawn and that made Vert laugh at that. "I think you should sleep now," he said and Max nodded as he went to sleep and didn't have any nightmares at all.
