Nepeta leaned over the rail of the ramp, lifting herself up and dangling her feet for a couple of seconds, then putting them on the ground, and then doing it again. She was waiting for school to start, since she had gotten there very early. She sighed, looking down into a puddle of rainwater on the ground close to the ramp. I wish Karkat would come early so we could talk, she thought to herself. Just as the school bell rang, Karkat was running to the ramp, panting loudly. "Hi... Nepeta..." he said, coughing. "Hi Karkat! Your outfit looks purrr-fect today!", Nepeta said, "Come on! We got to get to school!"

As they walked down the hallway, people stared and laughed at them. "They are so ugly! They have horns and ugly gray skin!" screamed a boy who had stopped digging through his locker to look at Nepeta and Karkat. Nepeta laughed and replied, "Haters gonna hate!" When they finally got through the day, they sat and talked during most of the classes. Thenit was finally lunch. Nepeta had packed her own lunch, and Karkat bought the chicken sandwich. They sat and munched their food, talking and going on about the day.

That was just the daily life of Nepeta (and Karkat).
