Tala sighed as yet again a female asked him to dance.

"No." He said firmly. She left looking crushed.

Bryan was late...again. He was held up at the office or at least that is what Tala hoped was happening. Tala knew he shouldn't doubt Bryan but lately Bryan seemed a little distant. Plus he was spending more time then with him.

"Will you dance with me?" A girl who was dressed like a whore asked.

"No." He said yet again. A couple of weeks ago if Bryan had been there and she asked he would have pushed her away. But that was a couple of weeks ago.

As a slow song came up people paired up. Tala stood up and walked to the door. He walked out into the crisp night air. Looking down at his watch his eyes nearing popped out of his sockets.

Bryan had taken way to long. It was nearly 1 in the morning and Tala had waited 5 hours. When he got home there was a message on his phone. He called his voice mail and Bryan had left a message.

Hey Tala, gonna crash at the office. I'll make it up to you.

Bryan had said almost the same thing last night. That's what had ended him waiting 5 hours in a bar. He hadn't seen Bryan in almost 3 days and he missed him a lot.

Tala walked into his room, dropped down on his bed, and cried. He loved Bryan with whole being and wouldn't be able to take it Bryan left him. That night Tala cried himself into a deep sleep.

When Tala woke-up he dragged his ass slowly out of bed and made his way to the kitchen. What Tala saw sitting at the Table was enough to make him cry again. Bryan was leaning on the counter reading the news paper.

"Bry...I thought you were at work." Tala said confused and happy.

"Well, the boss told me to take a few days off." Bryan said. Bryan set down his paper and walked over to Tala. They just stood there for a moment staring at each other. Tala then leapt into Bryan waiting arms. "I missed you." Bryan whispered in Tala's ear. "Lets go out tonight." Bryan said. Tala nodded his head, burying it further into Bryan's chest.

Bryan said to dress up because the place we are going is nice. Tala looked for something nice and finally settled on black suit like pants that were silk and a long-sleeved silver silk shirt. Bryan took him to a 5 star restaurant. The two talked about Bryan's work and Kai finally sucking up his pride and asking Rei out.

When they finished dinner they went to a park. The two of them went deep in the park away from the lights and road.

"Hey Tala we have been together for what , 2 years now right?" Bryan asked turning to Tala.

"Yes, why?" Tala asked fearing that Bryan was getting bored with their relationship.

"I am going to do something that I have never done before." He answered. Bryan dropped to one knee and took Tala's hand in his. He took a black velvet box out of his pocket and said "Tala, love, will you marry me?"

"O God Bryan yes." Tala answered and Bryan put a 15 carat ring on his finger. Bryan then stood up and embraced Tala. "This is why I was at work so much love, so that everything was perfect." Bryan explained.

Later that night when Bryan and Tala were home Bryan put a CD in the stereo and hit play.

"Dance with me?" Bryan asked holding out his hand and this time Tala didn't say no.
