*Bump*
The boxes full of items belonging to my mother and I threatened to fall on top of me as we hit a bump in the road that lead to my new life in Kalos, A life away from my old one away from all of my friends In Unova and I did not even understand why. Well then again I was only 6 and the concept of having to move was not a concept I could easily understand.
Finally we reached our destination a little town on the south side of Kalos called Vaniville town I got out of the moving van and started unpacking my stuff into my new room. As I grabbed one of the few boxes I had left to unpack, I saw a three kids standing in front of the house across a cobblestone path way two girls and one boy. One girl had brown hair put up in four ponytails two curving around her face the other two curving over the other ones, she was wearing a pink top with three black bows down the center and jean shorts. The boy had black hair that went a little past his ears he was wearing a light blue t-shirt and blue shorts. The other girl I feel like I had seen her before somewhere. She had long honey hair and an outfit on that consisted of a black tank top with a red skirt and black leggings.
After eating dinner I last picked up the box and took it into my room and by this time it was late at night and I fell back on to my bed and fell asleep. When I woke up I heard my mom talking to someone down stairs. I got out of bed to investigate and saw my dad standing talking to my mom.
"Hey son!" Dad said
"Hi Dad!" I replied as I ran to give him a hug
"Sorry for making you guys move but work is work." Dad said as he hugged me
"Oh don't worry." Mom Replied
"Ya," I said "it will be a new adventure."
"Speaking of which I have a gift for you before I leave." He said as he handed me a Pokémon egg
"A Pokémon!?" I exclaimed
"Yes so take good care of it."
"Thank you so much Dad."
"Anytime." he said then he gave mom a kiss and walked out the door
I took the egg everywhere with me and one week after Dad visited there was a fire work show, and so I went camping with the egg. I found a good spot be a cliff that over looked where the fireworks would be fired from. I heard voices approaching me and I turned around to see the girls and boy from before.
"Hey," the brown haired girl said "you're the new boy aren't you. Hi I'm Shauna nice to meet you."
"Hi," I said "I'm Sean"
"I'm Calem." the boy said
"And I'm Serena" The girl I recognized said
"So are you watching the fireworks too Shauna?" asked
"Ya." I replied
"Cool," Shauna Said "Then we can all watch them together"
"Ya." Serena said "it will be fun!"
"Ok," I replied
"Is that a Pokémon egg?!" Calem Asked
"Ya my dad gave it to me now I'm waiting for it to hatch."
"Cool." Calem said
We sat on the edge of the cliff waiting for the fireworks works to start. I was sitting between Calem and Serena with Shauna on the other side of Calem when the part of the cliff we were sitting on collapsed underneath us. I grabbed Serena's hand and held on to the edge of the cliff. Calem pulled Shauna up and they ran over to help, but my hand slipped and me and Serena started falling. Then I heard something break and two vines shot out over the edge and grabbed me and Serena, and I saw what had hatched from the egg it was a Snivy who was giving all of his effort to keep us from falling. Calem and Shauna ran to help Snivy pull us up.
"Hey Sean." Serena said
"Ya." I replied
"I think I've meet you before."
